Best way to permanently stop erections

Hi. What do you think the best way is to reduce the intensity of the erections I get, or even stop them from occurring altogether? I want to damage the penis enough for that to happen. But I want to actually keep my penis. I just don't want it to get as hard, I want a nice soft dick to masturbate with, or even a totally floppy one. I know that penile fractures (tearing of the corpora cavernosa) can cause erectile dysfunction, but it comes with the risk of urethral injury. I was looking into banding, but it seems it simply numbs the penis (which I don't mind) rather than destroying the capacity of erections. I know surgical approaches can work, but I don't really want surgery nor would I be able to procure it. I have, for a long time now, sort of experimented with my penis, bashing it with things, tying it up, but none has had any effect on its function.
Appreciate any advice.

I know a few men whose penises have been numbed, and all have said they have trouble getting or maintaining an erection. You might try numbing with lidocaine as an experiment and see whether numbing provides what you are looking for. It's relatively cheap and safe--and reversible if you find you don't like it.

Do you really wish for NO erections. But any DIY way has grate risks, mainly the loose of the penis, long erections of 24 hours or more have been reportly cause ED. The old racing bike cycle seats also could cause ED over time due to the pounding of the perineal area (mainly mountian bikers). "bashing it with things" can cause Peyronies Disease which can be painful with an erection.

Trust me you do not want to do this. I have been castrated for 3 years and I cant get erections without assistance of a vacuum pump and ring restrictor or a Caverject shot. Masturbating with a soft floppy penis is difficult and getting to an orgasm even more difficult. I rare can orgasm when soft.
I don't want to be castrated. I think that's the real reason you struggle to have orgasms.
I am a virgin and want to remain one permanently. The best way I can do that is to make my penis useless for sex.

I have read posts about that. I might look into it.

Either no erections or reduced erections. Surely there must be a way. I did read about the bicycle seat thing, seems a bit hard to replicate though.

You could use Nandrolone (Deca) if you don't need a absolute chemical castration.
You will stay healthy but you genitals will stop to work and you will get an "Deca-Dick" with no chance to errect.
You shouldn't do it for long time, because it could be, your testicles will be shut down permanently.
But for short time experience (weeks or few months) it is a good method. After it, you will need much time to start your own T production again and you will falling in an eunuch state any time and this is also the killer for erections.
After any time all will be back to normal.
I'm on TRT now and like to do it forever. It's working very good for me and I have the possibility to switch fast between T and Deca, if I need.

Last time I have injected on time 200mg instead of T, after one week the effect was incredible. I can't get errect and if I was masturbating it was a weak floppy orgasm. Nice!
Cock numbing with banding is also a very good method.
You will get your morning wood, but, you don't will feel them.
Method: Banding on the penis base in floppy state with a rubber band very very tight.
Remove the band after 25min (this is a save timespan) and you will have a relative numb penis for one or more days. Do the same procedure four or more times on one day, the effect will last any weeks and the penis will be absolute numb after that procedure.
Masturbating is very hard to do and with no real erection and real sex is impossible so.
Yes, it only numbing tjhe penis, but without any feeling you can't get really get erect and to do it is relatively senseless. It's more complete then dorsal nerve block, because also the other nerves are damaged and without them, an sexual erection from sexual arousing isn't possible, so there is no feedback from cock about its state.

Is there any way to make the numbness permanent with the banding procedure? From what I've read on this board, feeling always comes back, even if it takes months.

Over time it should be more permanent? But I don't have long term experiences.
But, every two weeks or what ever to do a banding session should be ok.
Otherwise you have to eliminate them per surgery.

If your goal is to never have erections, then there is really no reason to keep your penis other than you like how it looks. I no longer have my penis and I can orgasm just fine.

I am a virgin and want to remain one permanently. The best way I can do that is to make my penis useless for sex.
Then have a Penectomy.

I have your desired results which were through surgery where the corpora and erectile tissue were removed. But this was in life saving surgery where I has serious staph infection. I doubt any surgeon would do this on an elective procedure.

If remaining a virgin is your entire motivation, you're taking a rather extreme route to achieve that goal. I would hope that you'd discuss with a psychiatrist your reasons for wanting to avoid sex and especially for homing in on damaging your genitals as the means to that end before you do anything drastic. It seems a bit like using a hand grenade to swat a fly.
That said, there are ways to permanently damage nerves. I know of two men--one of them my husband--whose penises were permanently numbed by electrocuting the nerves and one man whose finger is permanently numb from carrying a block of dry ice in a paper bag. There are also drugs that will reduce your testosterone level to the point that sex is no longer of much interest and erections are difficult to achieve. I can't say I'd recommend either approach to you, especially in your current state of mind, but it seems to me that a penectomy--or any genital modification--is overkill for your objective.

To each there own. I can say I enjoy both soft and erect orgasms. However..... @jamrocket It is nice to have the choice, but if I could never get hard again, I wouldn't be happy. If you want to get off on a softy just band it soft do your thing and take the band off. Just my 2 cents.

This can vary between people. I can no longer get a real erection (just some minor enlargement) but I've never had any problem with getting an orgasm while masturbating.

Maybe you should try an anti-estrogen drug like Tamoxifen. Low E can kill erections faster tan low T.

Hello,
I can attest to the fact that numbness does apparently kill the ability of the penis to get hard. At least that is what I did. It is perfectly healthy but it responds to no external or internal stimulus.

Like someone said earlier, maybe you should try a small chastity cage to keep it soft and out of the way.
http://www.chastitymansion.com is a good place to get more info on that.

It really depends on the motivations, and honestly the motivations of the original poster aren't that clear. Chastity belts work primarily to prevent intercourse with others (hence the term "chastity" belt). You can still orgasm using vibrators, so they don't prevent that. And your body will still try to have erections, but the chastity device will (often painfully) prevent it. But my point is that you will still have the experience of your body trying to have erections, which I'm not sure the original poster is looking for.
I agree with most posters here that numbness is the best non-hormonal way of feeling like you're not getting erections. Even if you get erections while numb (I could) you don't get any of the related discomfort or distraction. So try banding (the banding needs to be tight -- I'd recommend elastrators -- and needs to "cut into" the top of the penis where the dorsal nerves run).
There are some chemical methods, but they all have side effects and are also not a sure thing. SSRI anti-depressants can reduce libido, but can make your mind foggy and your personality disconnected from others. Anti-androgens will castrate so will lower libido and usually reduce erections, but can lead to depression, lack of energy, weight gain, bone density loss. I like SERMs (like Raloxifene or Tamoxifen) as they seem to reduce libido without making you feel bad, but it is not clear whether the original poster wants to reduce libido or simply prevent erections.
You can damage your penis enough to prevent erections, but that is dangerous. I did it with phenol injection that caused "veinous leakage". This means that even with drugs like Viagra I cannot get an erection. But phenol is super dangerous -- it was used by Nazi's to kill prisoners! So I can't recommend you risk your life for this.
It seems to me that if you don't like erections, then it means you generally don't like your penis, so I agree that getting it fully removed is probably the best permanent solution.
Anyway, it is very hard to separate out libido, erections, and orgasm. If you are only interested in getting rid of erection, you need to do something physical (not chemical), meaning either numb the penis, damage the penis, or remove it.
