Once I'm happy with my shrinkage I might also consider an orchiectomy as the final step

where abouts in New England? i am in New England area as well.

Another English guy here - just joined. My situation is the result of a partial (pretty radical) penectomy for cancer. Some years ago now thankfully. I am in the far north not far from the Scottish border. Nice to see so much open discussion about these issues.
