New member from England :)

Hi all,

I'm a male in my mid 30s, been having desires to lose parts of my anatomy for years now - perhaps strangely, I desire removal of one testicle, plus a partial penectomy. I was circumcised just before I hit my teens and suffered bad epididymitis as a teenager - my right testicle has always been tender ever since - I feared I had testicular cancer around the time I was suffering from epididymitis and had an ultrasound, which was clear.

I have always suffered from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation and my sex life has been very limited over the years - have also struggled greatly with issues around masculinity and questioned by desire to be male. I briefly had a strong desire to be female a couple of years ago, but I no longer feel this.

Well, that is my introduction out the way, I look forward to chatting with like minded people :)

Welcome.

Hope you find what you are looking for here. Read lots, and ask. It seems that you might consider changes to yourself? Maybe good, but think it through carefully before doing anything you can't undo. After that be brave, and proceed to make a happier life.

Life throws many unexpected surprises. I suspect you didn't plan to have ED. I didn't plan to lose my nuts, but now all is for the best, and life is very good.

Thank you. I don't know how plausible or possible it would be in the UK to obtain such body modifications without genuine illness such as cancer. I desire significant changes to my genitals but not complete removal. I didn't plan to have life-long ED, no, nor the other issues I have mentioned.

Can I ask daifu-orchid how you managed to lose your testicles and the positive changes you have felt?

You certainly don't want to lose the balls for medical reasons. (These include lethal diseases and much that goes with them.)

However, I did. A surgeon removed them in hospital. I made the best of being a eunuch and now very much enjoy the situation.

It is certainly not right for everyone, but the are others here and elsewhere for whom it is the only way they would be.

Consider carefully. You can't grow these things back again.

Fascinating that you have happily embraced the eunuch identity and culture after arriving at this state via illness. A lot of men would be devastated at losing their vital anatomy.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear your story, that must be very hard on your end, if those things happen to me maybe I don't know how to handle it.

Hello..... I'm very new but wanted to say hello... Any advice dealing with gp's and the NHS would be greatly appreciated... At the moment I'm sitting here in my lounge with my testicals bound up very tightly with a small bungee cord. I want to kill my testicals... I'm sick of living with them...

I did calcium chloride injections and they worked quickly just don't tell your doctor what you did. Read the calcium chloride thread and follow the instructions. You won't regret it.

Same story for me, daifu-orchid. Wasnt some thing that I wanted at the time. Fully ok with being a eunuch now and I too enjoy it. I'm on the waiting list to have a cosmetic surgeon 'tidy' up the dog ears left where I removed my sack. So I am looking forward to being smooth As you say 'careful what you wish for' Aroha, Brycee

Welcome..... I too am from the UK. Everyone has a different story and circumstances, but it's great to have a community where you can be yourself without judgement. It's also a valuable forum in which you can get information and learn from others experiences... Again, welcome. Richard
