Preventing Penile Shrinkage?

I've been considering getting castrated for a while, and while its probably a while off, I would like to know if there is any way to prevent shrinking of one's penis after castration. I like my penis the way it is, I just don't want to have balls anymore.

Also, I would want to be on HRT, would that help prevent shrinkage?

Yes getting on artificial testosterone right away after castration will help men remain able to have full erections that are needed to keep a healthy penis in top condition and maximum soft and erect size. Too much delay in getting testosterone back in your body and you could get permanent penis shrinkage of different amounts for each man. The longer a penis goes without testosterone and erections, the more shrinkage the penis would have and the more permanent and irreversable that shrinkage.

But be aware, artificial testosterone won t work for some men. Its only a few, but if you are one of those few, it blows up your plan and you stay completely emasculated with no working testosterone in your body.

Would a simple and way safer vasectomy work for you. Sterilization that doesn t remove your testosterone or destroy your balls or hormones. Just blocks off your sperm carrying tubes to prevent your sperm from leaving your body in your ejaculations. You d shoot normal but seedless semen with all of your ejaculations after a vasectomy.

No, A vasectomy is not what I'm looking for. My left testicle has always been very sensitive to the point that if its touched to much it hurts. Even standing and walking for more than about 10 hours a day makes it sore for a while. Have had it checked, and was told nothing was wrong.

My right one is not as bad, however

Most men s left testicles are usually their larger and lower hanging testicle and so the left one is more likely to have problems than most right testicles. Have you tried just wearing a jockstrap or tight bikinis or briefs to take the weight off your left testicle cords or heat as ways to make it less painful ? Or just removing the painful left nut and leaving your healthy right ball to provide all the testosterone you need ?

As young as you are and with a lot of men having chronic ball pain, I would try a lot of remedies before castration with hrt for life. Its very expensive over a lifetime. Many drs just don t seem to care about men s testicle pains. Whether it is their ignorance of what to try or their embarrassment or arogance, many drs offer little or nothing for chronic ball pain. Were you checked for all the usual first culprits like swelled scrotal veins, spermaceles, infected epididymis, and similar common causes of pain ?

Hi, I had an involuntary castration in Aug 2015. It was quite traumatic for me then but now ovet 2 year on I actually like not having any balls. Especially now that I've had the empty scrotum removed I like the extra space down there and as I don't have any pubic hair I can enjoy the feeling on the air on my smooth eunuch crotch. I didn't take TRT for over a year after I was cut, my penis didn't get any smaller although I was told it would. The scrotum didn't shrink either, luckily I'm rid of it.

Yes, it is quite the adventure to get a castration that you didn't know was coming. It took me a while to adjust, but now I'm happier with it than before. With no T, penis shrinkage came with loss of erections, but reversed when the docs thought T was safe to replace. And yes, they told me the scrotum would shrink, but it didn't until it was completely removed. I don't think I could grow hair there, even if I wanted, which I don't!

I am currently talking to my doctor about hormone replacement. For a couple reasons one is hot flashes. Penis shrinkage is a problem. I have actually had massive loss of size and girth. My question is simply how many eunuchs actually take replacement testosterone.

I had a bilateral orchiectomy and sack removal done in Phoenix one year ago.

My already small penis has really shrunk in the past twelve months. Very small.

But without hair down there and no sack, I'm extremely smooth, and I kill it.

My internist started me on Anndrogel a few weeks ago in order raise my hemoglobin.

I now have some very nice sensations down there. Personally, I think small penises

are cool. I've been with men who get pretty excited about it. I don't think you should really worry.

"...An aroused tapir's manhood is so "large and ungainly," Stancer says, "I actually have seen the male step on it and scream." Maneuvering the organ into mating position involves many swings and misses. And yet, she says, the male "had to evolve to that size and shape to get where it needs to go" in the female's lengthy genital tract to inseminate her. Another evolutionary adaptation: large flaps near the end of the penis that Stancer says "make a seal inside the female" so that tapirs can successfully breed underwater as well as on land...."

So there's another thing I didn't know.... 😋

Any suggestions???

Who knew tapirs were hung so big lol ? Lucky males to be so blessed ! And the females enjoying it !

Like they say, a man with a big nose has a big dick ! True for tapirs and most livestock at least.

So large the males can step on it and scream .....many swings and misses. Lol !

Something for even the most well endowed men to be thankful that large as they are hung, they don t have to worry about stepping on their own dicks lol !

It sounds like every man is different on his skrinkage or lack of shrinkage in his penis and scrotum after castration and in his ability to get erections and how hard of erections for penetration during sex. The luckiest men can stay full sized in their genitals and get firm erections with no T by sheer luck and organ resiliancy ! But there is no way to know beforehand for each man until it happens to each man.

Same with each man s reaction to artificial T and if he regains penis and scrotum size, erection ability, body hair, andnother masculine features after going no T for a while.

I didn't know that men needed to keep getting erect to maintain their size?

I can imagine it's harder for men who have been through puberty and have something to 'lose'.

Yes any healthy penis prevented from getting erections will lose erection functions and most will shrink in both soft and hard sizes. The penis needs that extra blood and erection time to stay healthy and keep erecting.

The men wearing those castity cages 24 hours a day can become impotent and cause their penises to shrink way down. Not ejaculating is bad for all the male sexual organs, balls, prostate, every gland making up semen, and the penis. Not ejaculating frequently is unhealthy for any man after puberty.
