I tried that but I didnt think it was more comfortable. Maybe this also has to do with my weight.

I find they fit better, are more comfortable and come in a better range of styles and fabrics than mens.

I wear TomboyX. They're made for women, but other than a lack of pouch for a cock and balls, are just like male underwear.

Asda "Wallmart" plain black low cut panties here.

I have more of these than Y fronts as they fit great.

I've been wearing women's panties for about 5 years now. I've thrown out all my male ones. With my castration and subsequent scrotectomy, they feel even better now.

Mens's briefs, Ladies briefs, all briefs are bothersome to me. One more thing to wash and one more thing to move in order to make water. I just prefer comando as it makes life just that much simpler.

I went to a local Highland Games today wearing my kilt! This felt quite wonderful, as I like to wear it traditionally with nothing under it. Having no balls now, it felt so much nicer not having them clanging about while moving around. Very easy, very comfortable.

I wear a kilt and wear it comando.I all so have a saying "Only real men were a kilt". It ends unwanted commits. Ernie of Maine

Me too. I never wear underwear. Only thing is to make sure I get every drop so as not to have pant stains.

I have not had any surgery but still wear Jockey Elancee (women's) panties (either high cut or hipster). They have adequate coverage and do not have the frontal pouch of men's underwear. They are also comfortable.

I haven't worn undies since about age 11 - castrated about 20 years ago. Just comfy!

Female briefs, compression shorts and other female snug fitting items including bikini bottoms are the most comfortable to me (not castrated). Most male pouched underwear and fetish wear just don't do it for me. I like it tight and form fitting. The balls and cock should be pushed up into the groin as many "gaff" do. Perhaps it is a subconscious desire to be feminized and appear secretly castrated. As long as I have my cock and balls I might as well enjoy them and fantasize they have been removed (at least the balls). Most male underwear just does not appeal to me.

I like wearing female briefs and compression shorts for the same reason. I like being able to look smoother in the groin. The twins that still live in the basement may not like being pushed in a smaller room, but they have become use to it over the years.

Perhaps it's time to send the twins out into the world to fend for themselves!

I recently found that Hanes Hipsters (https://www.hanes.com/shop/hanes/hanes- ... lReferrer=) fit nice and tight, holding my empty sack nice and snug. Yes, they're in the ladies area at Target, but it's no biggie. If it's bothersome, just forget the target market; it's just a garment! They're packed 6 for about $10, and I tossed a couple of them since I didn't feel comfortable with some of the colors. Otherwise, they're rather neutral looking, kind of athletic even.

Also, the brand Pair of Thieves, "Super Fit Trunks" are kind of a short boxer-brief, and are quite snug in the empty ball area too. The pictures of them online show much more of a bulge than they really have, being decently snug and supportive. They're quite flat in the crotch, super soft & comfy, though a bit more pricey at about $10/pair. They also make a brief, but it's more baggy in the crotch. The third style is an actual boxer-brief, with quite a bit longer legs. Maybe some prefer that, but I like them more minimalist.

Yes I wear panties and for these reasons... First they are very comfortable, second I am a transwoman so no boy undies for this girl! Plus they are so pretty!

I wish I had the money to evict them. Spending a month in the hospital and transitional care and two and a half months off work Has taken care of any money for elective castration.

What? My castration consisted of outpatient surgery on a Friday, and back to work the following Monday. Plus it only cost me about $3500. I've never heard of a month in hospital and 2 months off work. Are we talking about the same procedure?

It depends on how it is done.

Inguinal procedure takes considerably longer than scrotal to get over.
