How do you feel about breast growth after castration?

I've been a eunuch for eight years and have been on T for only two. My nipples are significantly larger but have little actual gland growth. I don't like T and am thinking of switching to E. I wouldn't mind the breast growth. But even if I attain full nullo, I do not think I will ever identify as female. If I were to have breasts, I hope they would bounce proudly in my polo shirts, but having Asperger's syndrome, people constantly staring would be unsettling.

I'm currently just chemically fixed, and haven't gotten the big snip yet, but have been on E for the past several months. Supposedly long enough that I have gotten most of what I'm going to get in the way of growth.
My breasts have definitely grown, and are now big enough to fail the 'pencil test'. I feel they are quite noticeable when I'm naked and looking down at them when doing bathroom stuff, less so in the mirror.
Most of the growth has happened after I did my winter switch to T-shirt + long sleeved shirt and they don't seem terribly noticeable with that combo, will see in a couple months what it looks like when it warms up and I can go back to just a T-shirt.
My nipples are probably about the size they were before I started, but are up all the time instead of flat like they were most of the time before.
I'm not happy about the growth, but at least what I've gotten so far is tolerable, and I knew going in that it was part of the package of doing the switch to E.
I present as male now, and have no plan to ever present as anything else, so hope I don't get much more growth, but at this point aside from being in a swimsuit (a rare event) I don't see what I have as a problem.
What I've heard is that how much you get is very much a YMMV question, but that older tends towards less, and that you will tend to get levels similar to that of your female genetic relatives, if that helps any w/ prediction...

I don't think that men with boobs should see themselves as female. Being women is much more that having a developped breast. Development of boobs for men medically cald gynecomastia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gynecomastia
is a common situation for 35% of the men between 50 and 69 years of age. As we are as a foetus developed first as female, we have all the cells and receptors that respond to a lack of T when oestrogen and other like hormones becomes predominent. I think it could be natural for a man to see himself as a man with boobs. This is no extraterrestrial situation it's common human life for many. Man with boobs... Why not?. Especially if they are not too apparent and easily concealed. It's more for you to know and appreciate not for social exhibition. That we'll leave for some women.

I agree that boobs do not make the female; it's life's experience that generates the possibilities. I have always loved my two wives, My first for 36 years and now my second. My perfect sleep would be with something round, worm, and soft. ( I can never remember the redhead's name when I wake up.) I've always wondered what it would be like to be a woman and instinctively knew I could never pass as one in an M2F process. I now write and started by deliberately choosing a boy to man for the first four manuscripts, but after reading another series, my current manuscript involves his best friend, a woman who becomes a knight herself. I am writing in the first person present as it puts the reader and myself in her shoes, (she's pretty badass.) I do take the exception that it should be all right if not too apparent. Women are getting bigger and bigger implants, so what is wrong with a man with a super-sized package, especially if wearing a codpiece? I wear one when LARP'ing and am considering it for everyday wear. In the old days they were mostly stuffing and maybe a coin pocket. A codpiece and real cleavage under my polo shirt, YES.

I see myself as non binary. And for breasts after I got castrated and started on Estradiol I have been slowly growing breast. I wasn't sure about this but I don't know if it is the hormones or what, but I love it. I hope to grow at least to A cup and B would be wonderful.

I saw my endroconologest today. He won't proscribe estradiol but wants me to reduce my T from 200 mg every two weeks to 150 mg every two weeks. This is going to be a big help. When I started T, I had a minor stroke or TIA. CAT and MRI found nothing. The current theory is my blood is too viscous, hence my need to drink a lot of water. The other half in my discussions today is my red blood count and T levels are too high. RBC is promoted by testosterone: higher viscosity, less flow to the brain. So no E yet. Grrr.

FWIW, my doc is very worried about blood clots as well. She says that I'm at higher risk because of spending all my time sitting around

However she was willing to do E, but only the patches or injections as she said those were the forms with the lowest risk. I had been pretty firm about not wanting to continue doing T, and since she felt I had to do one or the other, (I agree) she wanted to do the lowest risk form of E....
You may have to argue with the endocrinologist, and tell him you aren't willing to continue on T - he can't force you to take it w/o his consent and he may be reluctantly OK w/ E if you refuse to keep doing T... At the very least I've had fairly decent luck when I insist on a specific explanation of WHY the doc is pushing or resisting something in my specific case, as opposed to just a generic 'this is what the book says' sort of answer...

I think it would reduce your RBC if you cut the dosage in half and injected weekly.

for me I never viewed the idea of having breasts as being "female" [though with mine while I did get a small amount of growth I could feel, it never was obvious to anyone else]. I know others who got snipped and grew quite large breasts and where happy about it and viewed themselves as more female.
Like most things, depends on the person.

I'm pretty sure I subconsciously want breasts. I pierced my nipples in the 70s, and they have stood proudly and been sensitive ever since. Recently I put 10g shackles on them. I guess I'm still an adolescent fascinated by my father's playboy mags. They didn't show crotches, but some women had awesome torpedos.

I never got enough into "Men's Magazines" to purchase them, but I saw enough samples left by co-workers to see that they had a definite "exposure range" of what they would include in the pictorials... Playboy was probably most conservative, in that you got tits but crotches were mostly concealed... Penthouse showed tits and crotches, but from a distance... Hustler gave crotches that could be used for anatomy lectures with everything else in the background...
My own personal taste leaned more towards the Playboy style in that it was good for inspiring fantasy, but left the details up to the reader. I called it "Burger-Kink fantasy - "Have her your way..." Similarly I tend to prefer books where the chapter ended as the lights went out; you know what happened but you can fill in the blank with your choice of action, as opposed to the authors....

I never wanted such changes for myself.
Never took estrogen drugs.
But still increased a little...

For me, personally, I'd rather avoid getting breast growth. I like my boyish body, just happy not to have done bits downstairs

I've been a eunuch for 10 years and so far have avoided breast growth. At the moment, I'm taking a low TRT dose, but if I noticed breasts developing, I'd increase it. At the moment I'm trying to find a line between enough T to make my nullo zone work, but not too much that I start balding. It's one of the good and bad things about being neutered - being able to control your own hormone levels is a blessing, but at same time creates anxiety over getting the dose right.

I don't know where this was the case with me. Maybe I've always wanted to look more feminine. I have always wanted to keep hair growth limited and I have achieved
It the desired results. About three years after castration, I noticed the tits had grown a little, I wanted my body to become more feminime. I have used
A few 4-6 weekly episodes of blocking pills. Now the breasts are about a cup, I like how they look and feel. However, I have been testosterine
compensation (injection). Now for the last injection for 34 weeks and feels good, I would like to quit testo. I want big breasts.

Since my endocrinologist won't proscribe estrogen, he just cut the T from 1 ml to 0.75 ml. I'm cheating by taking 0.5 ml. I went several years without any replacement and went into depression. I have gained no breast growth. If I stop T, what are my personal options to start breast growth? Actual drug and dosing? I will see a new urologist soon (my old one retired) and will push to remove the small dead hard balls. Wish me luck.

I mean, best option if you want breast growth is to go to an informed-consent clinic instead of an endo, usually if the endo isn't a specialist in trans/NB care they won't prescribe anything but what your body originally came with sadly. Good news for you though, you're in the US so it's pretty easy to find informed consent clinics - most Planned Parenthood locations are, as well as a clinic at most university hospitals.

I am in the camp of believing that you need EITHER T or E for good health, or possibly one of the SERM drugs... T is basically replacing what you had pre

with some possibility of controlling how much... E will do the same health benefits as T, without the objectionable stuff, but will probably cause some level of breast growth, how much is hard to predict... The SERMS (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators iirc) are supposed to do the estrogen bone and mental health benefits, without causing breast growth. Downside is they have a higher risk of blood clots....
I'm using E patches, currently 0.15mg / day, which is one of the preferred ways of administering it according to my doc, in terms of low risk of blood clots and giving a steady level.

In many situation of HTR using E or other derivative of E, blood cloth is mentionned and the problem also arrise for women too. I wonder why anyone is not mentionning about anticoagulant, a large group of substance that, for some, are very effective in blocking blood cloth. It is used very often for elderly people to avoid cerabral vascular problems. Why not for a complement in HTR (E) treatments? Have your doc talked about it?

My doctor hasn't... However she says much of the risk of clots comes w/ using ORAL estrogens, which need a larger dose to be equally effective, and cause other issues. The risk of clots is much lower when using patches or shots - which is the only form she prescribes.
On the flip side, anti-coagulants, especially the ones that are stronger than aspirin have considerable risks as well, and need to be closely monitored... It is worth noting that two of the commonly used ones, warfarin and coumadin (sp?) are also used as rat poison (in only slightly larger doses per kg of weight)
So it's a trade-off, and at least my doctor doesn't seem to think the risks and downsides of anti-coagulants justifies their use (presumably unless there are other conditions that indicate a need for them)

One of the several reasons that I restarted using Androgel was to avoid my chest developing breast like size.
The other reason is to avoid osteoporosis.
Even though Androgel does not help me develop an erection, thus no orgasm, it at least helps minimize the negative side effects that low testosterone cause.
When I see older men with a chest that looks almost like female boobs, this only reinforces my determination to avoid this as much as possible.

i have had man boobs for probably 7 to 8 years now .
they developed when i started gaining weight after having my gallbladder removed .
i could pretty much eat anything without either feeling sick or getting the runs after my gallbladder removal.
and since i could eat anything i did. thus the weight gain.
now i killed my balls with everclear and have really noticed my tits getting bigger or meatier and my cock getting smaller and my sack getting tighter.
a number of years back i really did not like how my nipples were so big. at least an inch long i think they call them bitch tits .
anyway one day i froze up my nipples and used a new pair of very sharp and sterilized side cutters and cut my nipples off .
not the areolas just the nipples .although i kinda wish i had had cut the areolas off too.
so i have the areolas that look like saucers with no nipples in the centers.
i am on Tgel mostly because i was having bad depression and suicidal thoughts.
the Tgel has helped with the dark moods . i was going to ask my doctor if i could go on E
not really to transition but to see if i could make my tits even bigger just for a fun experiment.
i am 58 now and don't think i could pull off being a woman but being a eunuch i can do : )

I was on T initially after castration but have since switched to E via informed consent as I was finding a return to the T fueled issues I was having pre castration. I was initially thinking to try low dosage E to avoid breast growth but now I've come around to the idea and while not actively seeking it I've decided to accept how they develop. I was only castrated in May (left) and November (right) last year and have only had E for two months. GP has recently at my request increased my dose of E for a trial period of 2 months at which point we'll check levels and see how I'm doing. Boobs are not my objective but I've decided to love them if they develop ( which they definitely are).

I absolutely love my breasts. I like the way the look and feel. They're about a B cup. What I could not have imagined is how sensitive my nipples have become. Stroked lightly through a shirt, the feeling is wonderful, but not arousing. It's likely due to oxytocin release, which is calming and just makes me happy. More intense stimulation can give me orgasms, which are different from the male orgasms I experienced with typical T levels. I wasn't afraid of developing boobs, but now I'm glad I went the path I did.
