I had an orchiectomy and scrotectomy in 2022. Ive been on female hormones since 2012. Life is good if not mundane. Im retired and alone most of the time. I am married but we live in separate homes. She is still working and I dont like living in town so live in our remote cabin. Ots quiet and peaceful. We aren't intimate so we can stay close via text or calls.
Anyway I thought id make myself available in case I can help. Cariyc

Welcome from MA, I had the same combo, orchie and scrotectomy, and been on estradiol since I started my chemical test... I've had non-detectable T since starting CC, which concerns me a little, so I've just started very low dose T as well, aiming at castrate levels...
I now live alone as my GF of several years passed away last September...
