Welcome to the forum I hope we can help you achieve your desired goals. Just as a starting point, have you done any sort of outreach to medical folks yet, or contacted a local Transgender clinic / center?

I don't know what is available in your area. GA has a reputation of being more conservative than average, but I don't know how 'real' that is in terms of services and access to appropriate medical care.
