Advice we certainly can give you, but we can not and will not help you find a cutter and it is a violation of our forum rules to ask for help in finding one.

We can sometimes help you find a proper, licensed, medical practice depending on where you live or if you are willing to travel. We can also tell you about the proper process of how to get the appropriate medical approvals in order to get surgery from a legitimate doctor.

I'd also note that I am somewhat concerned about your mentioning a "mistress nurse" to do the surgery... This kind of preference about the gender or type of person is a strong suggestion that your desire is more fantasy than 'real', and so is your mention in other posts about your fantasies being about the surgery, NOT 'life as a eunuch'....

There is absolutely nothing wrong with fantasies, and certainly you should enjoy them. But it is often very disappointing and very much regretted if you manage to make them into reality, as you can only be castrated ONCE, and once those bits are gone, they are gone forever and you can never get the same enjoyment from fantasizing about it after as you did before...

So think REALLY HARD about whether this is something you actually want to turn into reality....

Rubberlatex, this forum recommends that eunuch candidates seek treatment from health care professionals. We''ll be happy point you in the right direction. However, we do not support self-surgery, surgery by unqualified practitioners, or unsupervised use of medications that affect hormones.

I suggest you keep it to yourself that you wish for a hot sexy nurse/dominatrix to perform a nullification on you. If you're serious about becoming a nullo, you will have to convince a surgeon and two psychologists that you're a good candidate for the procedure, which is major surgery that takes months to heal. Bringing up kinky stuff is a red flag.

As others have said, this isn't the site to go to if you're seeking to have this procedure performed by a "cutter" or others who operate outside the medical profession. However, I do believe there are a few licensed surgeons who will perform some of these procedures on an informed consent basis. They tend to be out of network with insurance, but if this is something you're serious about and you're willing to pay out of pocket, that could be a feasible route. Dr. Marc Arnkoff in Michigan used to be the 'go to' surgeon for informed consent orchies, but I believe he has ceased operations after COVID. Another option is Dr. Keelee MacPhee out of Durhan, NC. I believe she does nullification in addition to orchies and MTF bottom surgery. However, I suggest keeping any fantasy aspect of your goal to yourself when talking to any surgeons or they might doubt your sincerity or even fitness to give consent.
