Why some topics have red titles and others are blue ?

It’s red when there’re new replies/threads in that sub

The red ones are ones you haven't read and the blue ones are ones you have read. If you go to the top of your Forum screen, you will see a tab "Mark all Read". Hit it and they all turn blue.
