Welcome to the forum, Tiy. You've come to the right place for good, solid, objective info you're considering pursuing in your journey. I would advise that you first peruse the existing threads pertaining to surgery and providers/surgeons and circle back with any unanswered questions you may have.

Welcome, glad to see you found us... I'd second Evolve's advice about reading some of the existing threads and circling back with questions...
A couple of minor notes that might be particularly relevant...
1. There was a paper posted on the old EAv2 where one of the major TG centers found that a simple orchiectomy early in the transition process had definite physical and mental health benefits. It reduced the needed dose or eliminated the need for some of the medications and possibly increased the effectiveness of the ones aimed at feminizing. It also had the mental health benefits of being able to see real progress in transitioning. Unfortunately I don't have a copy, and the link to it was lost when EAv2 shut down.
2. What I've seen recommended surgically is to only get a simple orchiectomy (removal of testicles) but to leave the penis and scrotum as those tissues are used for later vaginoplasty.
Good luck on your journey, and again feel free to ask any questions.
