Orchi-versary
Today marks the 6th anniversary of the last true happy event in my life- Six years ago, today, I was gleefully resting in my hotel room, recovering from the orchiectomy I had just had with Dr. Marc Arnkoff. I have since had other transition-related procedures, but this was by far the most enjoyable experience of them all. I was his last patient before the COVID hysteria began a mere five or so days later, so I consider myself lucky to have gotten this done right before the lockdown started.

I think I remember your post. It was one of the firsts I read on this website. Congratulations for your anniversary!Evolve wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 4:14 am Today marks the 6th anniversary of the last true happy event in my life- Six years ago, today, I was gleefully resting in my hotel room, recovering from the orchiectomy I had just had with Dr. Marc Arnkoff. So can I ask what HRT regiment are you on if any and how has your physical body changed?

I'm on estradiol and progesterone which has contributed to the bodily feminization I have undergone.Dannie wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 11:34 pm So can I ask what HRT regiment are you on if any and how has your physical body changed?

I'm not on HRT and intend to stay that way as long as it goes smoothly. If my endocrinologist determines that HRT is necessary, then I'll start it. So far, I'm only experiencing the usual effects of my low testosterone level (0.14 µg/l) and I feel perfectly fine with it.

Re: Orchi-versary
Just realized that today it is 3 years, and 4 days ago I was on the operating table parting with my testicles.
I’m still as happy today, as I was when I woke up after and the nurse watching me told me the operation went according to plan.
Also remember I had to turn my head away from her, because I was smiling all over, and I didn’t want her to see how happy I was getting the news, as I was supposed to be devastated

Was it supposed to be an accident or untended/unwanted procedure?JustMe wrote: Fri Mar 27, 2026 7:37 pm Just realized that today it is 3 years, and 4 days ago I was on the operating table parting with my testicles.

Re: Orchi-versary
Well, I had my testicles inspected by a urologist who told me, they had to go, and since I had the operation done in a hospital in my own country I imagined that I had to go by “not being happy about the upcoming castration” simply to not raise suspicions
Castrated March 2023.

Re: Orchi-versary
March 30 is my orchid-versary.
I was prescribed TRT prior to that because my balls were infarcted from multiple bacterial infections. Still using prescribed Testosterone, although I did stop using it once for several months, with no negative side effects but decided to restart to ensure there would be no consequences to bone density, and maintain muscle strength, although I did feel much better when not using the testosterone gel, and would prefer to not use it.
