Welcome to the forum, however I should point out that while fantasies are fine, we do NOT support any sort of surgery by non-medical people. We don't help anyone find 'cutters' or allow cutters to seek clients.

When done by MD's under proper medical care, castration and nullification are relatively safe procedures, no more dangerous than any other surgical procedure of that level. When done by cutters, they are potentially quite dangerous. Fortunately these days there is relatively easy access to medical care in most of the US (and some of the rest of the world) via the WPATH SOCv8 process, and a fairly large number of places where you can pay out of pocket for an 'informed consent' procedure. One of those is just over the border in Mexico....

Feel free to ask about either of those options, but we won't help you find a cutter. (I would also note that a lot of the guys who have gotten fixed as part of a fantasy kink have been very unhappy with the results as they found the reality was not as much fun as the fantasy...)
