My (Indian) Master and I will be going to India in July where I will be taken to the home of a group of hirjas whoae to castrate me.

My Master wil not tell me exactly what will happen. Is there anyone out ther who can enlighten me?

Needless to say I am very excited about the prospect but -- at the same time -- quite anxious.

I am not sure; orginally thought it would be balls only but I will be turned over to the hjras and I guess they will decide.

There is plenty of information about the Hijra available. Easily available books are those by Serena Nanda, Gayatri Reddy, and Zia Jaffrey. All are available in paperback. There is information about them and their practices scattered across the entire Eunuch Archive (use the search feature).

Have you read and THOUGHT CAREFULLY about the consequences of castration. [See the thread by that title on the Non-Fiction Articles board.

Make absolutely certain that you know what you are doing and what you really want.

The Hijra are mostly male-to-female, practicing the only kind of surgery that was traditionally available. They believe that they are being reborn as women through tremendous pain (as in child birth) and lots of blood.

i might be wrong but i think when they do the castration safe and in a clean enviroment are things that go out the window.

There was a program here in the UK on BBC2 many, many years ago that showed how this group castrate their men.

The cock & balls were tightly bound with metal wire and the lot were then just "Sliced Off" the wound was then cauterised with a red hot blade.

All this whilst the guy stood up.

Goodness know how many of those guys survived.

Dutchbob, A-1 is right. I have been following this thread and the longer it goes on the more uncomfortable I become. I think that there is a real danger to your physical and mental wellbeing if you continue on this course. I am not without knowlege in these matters and my every instinct screams STOP. STOP NOW!! There are many here who have seen things go horribly wrong, their only interest is in your safety. None of the experienced, knowlegable members here would support your present intentions. If you are still out there consider this.

There are currently 4.5 million know cases of AIDS in India. There is limited medical treatment. The country has a population of around 1 BILLION. This IS less than one percent infrected with HIV, however, the HIV is mostly in the most sexually promiscuous population of ANY country.

The Hiraja are VERY promiscuous.

Only 4.5% of the population of Indian is over 65 years of age. The people tend to die young in India.

You really need to think this through...

I have to agree with A-1 and Flo, and this thread frankly appalls me. If Dutchbob's "master" is going to pressure him into what is described, then the fellow has no concern for Dutchbob's safety or well being.
