Any progress or changes that you have made?

My buddy had this done some years back. He went from 6.5 inches to 8. He said he could do alot more positions because he could move around more. The down side is that his dick would fall downif he pulled out even a bit.

you're not disqualified unless you had SRS surgery, then I'm not sure. I do believe that most Transsexuals have a portion of their glans sutured into place where the clitoris is normally located on a genetic female, but there would not be a a real suspensory ligament per se.
