Does the Fiction Archive need to register again? I can not sign in the Fiction Archive. I tried to register again but it says"An error has been encountered. Probably page was cached. Please try again."

If I sigh in, it says "Password is incorrect. Please try again."

It is so strange. The accounted expired again. I can not log in now. Why the new fiction archive inherit the old one's problem? It really makes me upset......

Is anyone else having issues when registering of it saying your username is incorrect in the registration page? Every time I try, it doesn't matter what I enter it always flags as an incorrect username.

Email your username and email address you used to register to [email protected]. I'll take a look.

I don't believe I've actually registered an account, it's on the registration page itself that I'm getting the alert that my username is incorrect which is what's confusing me and making me wonder what I'm doing wrong. I'll email you though, I can also screenshot what I'm seeing on my end should you need. I appreciate the assistance and even more so appreciate the work you're doing to preserve the fiction archives.

Problem resolved. I emailed you already but I figured I would put the answer here also. That's because you submitted a story to FAv2, and during the import process, your username was imported as an author with an inactive account. I activated it and created a temp password for you to log in.

So in the future, if anyone has any problems, you can either pick a different username, or email [email protected] and I'll try to fix it for you asap.
