There are some folks who rue their birthdays, because it marks another year past and gone, never to be touched again. While they may have a point, for the most part, I think they are full of SHIT. Birthdays are a milestone of survival, accomplishment, a marker of joy, acknowledgement of the opportunity to have lived and enjoyed life, particularly with those we love and with whom we wish to share it. Thank you all! I saw a movie and went to dinner with my girls, always a good time. I sometimes wonder how I've managed to live this long, there have been so many possibilities of me coming to a bad end that it staggers the mind! All in all I'm doing fine and looking forward to another 20 or 30 years of annoying everyone around me, if I can just get enough cheesecake to keep me going. --FLO--
