I'd love to remove my package in one swell swoop, penis and balls!

In India the Hdjira's emasculate themselves exactly that way.
A tourniquet is tied around the penius and the balls separately then a final one around the whole package, then when the midwife is ready she cuts the lot in one fell swoop.
Contrary to what one may imagine the survival rate is quite high, with only a very small minority suffering mortality from the procedure.
For thousands of years this has been the only way one could get to being as anatomically female as possible!
Being done this way does have its attractions for those who are whishing to put aside their desire for lust.
