I haven't had hot water in two weeks and now my heater refuses to work. If I lived in Indiana I would have frozen to death by now. Mormon friends gave me a red indoor cooker which I turn on for a little heat. Desperate huh?

I walked to the ER today as it was very hot and it is always Air Conditioned. While I was there a sexy girl prayed for me . Unfortunately she was married. Today it was 104.

Too bad I'm not successful and wealthy like Paolo and Krister

Oddly, just today Hulu began working again. I'm still locked out of Facebook under my real name (Ronald Keene). Today I did get a call from my bank asking me if I authorized a $46.00 withdraws and I said no. I had to go down to my bank where they issued me a new card. Isn't life interesting?

It happened again. I'm locked out of both Hulu and Facebook. I now sign in at Facebook under the name Bob Cummings.

Thanks UncleFlo, nice to know someone was listening. Facebook and my email addy was working a few hours later.

This has been a weird night. I was locked out of my main email address and locked out of Facebook. I wonder if I pissed off somebody important at Facebook?

Thank gawd for cooler weather now. It has been in the 80's the last few weeks.

I was banned from the ER by a security guard who said I did not have a medical reason to be there. Oh well.

Today is only 99. It is just after 3:00pm and I walking across the street to the ER to sit in their air conditioned waiting room for 90 min to two hours.

Thank Gawd for a cooler Indiana. It was another sweltering day and I kept walking over to the ER that has AC.

We've had heat indexes in of 100F here for about 2 weeks now. It's really getting old. Some relief tonight, with a slight rain. The grass has turned brown, and the crops look like dying weeds. If it's like this all over the Midwest, expect food prices to go up this fall. Ears are forming on corn ...

Unfortunately, I'm out of baby aspirin till the First. My doc was having take a low dose aspirin once a day to prevent stroke.

If I lived back East I suppose I could suffer a stroke if I saw Paolo, Kristoff or Uncle Flo naked - heheheheh

You have my condolences, sparky. Great heat can be unbearable especially if it is about 100 or more and worse if you are a 71 year old fart like me

Yesterday felt like I have experiencing another stroke but I went back to bed and felt better when I got up. Today it is less hot - only 80 F.

My landlord replaced the swamp cooler motor HOWEVER, I can't turn it on till 7:00 pm or I get hot air.

I'm melting, melting. Now I feel sorry for the Wicked Witch in the Wizard of Oz movie. It is 99 F. here today. Thankfully I have an 19 inch fan to give me a breeze. My apartment manager says he'll be here by 3:30pm to install a new motor :)

I just received an email from River. He recently suffered both a stroke and an heart attack. He says he suffered some memory loss .
