Actually, it is both illegal and also unethical according to physician ethics code. In order to be legal and ethical, amputating healthy organs from a person requires at least some agreed medical condition diagnosis (e.g. transgender) for which the standard practice needs to be the amputation ...

What if the patient is un-married? And does the prescreening just weed out people who are actually messed up in the head, or does it require a valid medical reason for the castration?
