Re: Christianity and Castration
I am a crade-to-grave Catholic who has been seeking castration for nine years. I have received the assurance of three priests that I will not enter the flames of Hell but rather the clouds of Heaven. The famous quote in Matthew: 19, 12 is well known by all priests and really 'cuts to the chase' (no ...

It could be argued that by a right handed person clasping his/her hands with the right thumb underneath the left thumb is a natural maneuver in order to clasp the hands tighter with the right, dominant thumb holding the clasped hand tighter. This is what I just did and it occurred to ...

Re: Burglars beware.
Great idea !!
What would be a good name for a Rottweiler as a mascot for the Eunuch Archive members during the MoM in August?
"Eunuchboy"? my first choice. "Castrati" my second choice, although it sounds like a command...and who would want to call the dog?

Re: Sex has no appeal
Poorpupnoballs,
There was a "Seinfeld" episode about this subject. Elaine liked the guy who was married to the girl Jerry liked, and they tried to talk both into divorcing. It was so hilarious because they both seemed so sure that "the plan" would work...of course, it didn't. There is a saying that ...

Tanysquirrel,
being attracted to intellectually gifted people is called being "sapiosexual." The brain is supposed to be the biggest sex organ we have and this phenomenon is just such an example of that theory. I have always been attracted to smart people as well. My older brother (God rest his ...

Re: Sex has no appeal
Not sure it matters what I think as I only think for me. While I do believe being bi-sexual is how we feel I'm not quite sure that equates to actual
gender as in Male, female or neither (eunuch). Mainly because in my opinion to be bi-sexual is not something that can be seen on the body
while ...

Re: Is this typical of a monks attitude?
In the past few years I have spoken at length to three Roman Catholic priests about being castrated...all three have given me their permission. All three are over fifty and one has known me for a dozen years. This issue leaves me puzzled to some extent. I have gone to a dozen shrinks in my years and ...

Male to Eunuch unpredictable complications?
I am beginning the 'psych eval' of eventually becoming nullified and becoming, after nine years of patience and persistence, a eunuch. I have been reading as much as is allowable about this, and still consuming history books which is my main interest being retired, and have not jumped into the ...

Re: Is this typical of a monks attitude?
While I am not a monk I would like to be one. I'm curious to see if wanting to be a eunuch is common to people who wish to be a monk or is a monk.
There is a famous Bible quote in Matthew: 19, 12... for those who want to make themselves eunuchs and to spend their lives closer to God. I take ...
