For me, standing wasn't a problem. It was sitting. My first 48 hours was laying in bed. I didn't sit straight for about 2 weeks. You do know your body better then any of us, we are just giving reasons based on experience.

Congrats! Not sure what your pain tolerance is, but I would give yourself atleast a week to recover mentally as well as physically.

The couple of times I did bloodwork to check on my testosterone levels it was an 8am blood work session. They do it earlier in the morning when your levels are peak. Not sure about estrogen readings, will find that out in February.

that sounds similar to lack of dopamine. I know how it feels. Low T levels can induce that condition. It is unfortunate that it is not very well studied in eunuchs and fighting methods against it basically forces you out of eunuchdom.

Went a year and a half with no testosterone. Never really felt like I achieved any sort of eunuch calm. Still got erections daily and looked at porn as often as I did prior to castration. Real difference was 0 ejaculate.

Heya! I have been off of hormones for 10 months now. I have noticed my facial hair is now a little softer, thinned out and slow to grow, but once it gets back to a quarter inch those things are hardly noticeable. Makes it easier to shave.

Hello! I have not taken any testosterone after my surgery. The doctor actually steered me away from starting immediately on a hormone. With the slight nudge from the Dr. I never started up on it. Planing on low does E in the spring.
