📢 NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of Care

A research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.

🧪 The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).

📝 Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

Re: Stopping TRT after an orchiectomy

I never started TRT after my orchiectomy. I supplement with vitamin D and calcium as directed by my doctor. 2.5 years TRT-free, no problems.

Re: Discussion regarding prostate removal?

I had the option for prosthetics if I wanted them, but unfortunately, not for a scrotectomy. I think the last thing any self-respecting eunuch would want is fake balls.

Re: Discussion regarding prostate removal?

Prostate removal is a major surgery. I wouldn't advise that at all if not necessary. On the other hand, If you get an orchiectomy, it's a simple outpatient procedure. Also, they can replace your testicles with prosthetic testicles inside your scrotum that look and feel like the real thing. So you ...

Re: Hello everyone! new member here. looking to castrate myself in Saudi Arabia

If you can make it over to Turkey, Dr. Aquilar (one of the main providers to the eunuch community) has been known to perform surgeries there. Not Saudi Arabia, but at least in the neighborhood.

Re: Phantom pain

I used to often feel a slight discomfort in my left testacle. After my orchi, I still felt that discomfort off and on for about six months, despite the removal of the offending ball. Phantom pain is real.

Re: Dating as an "incomplete man"

I'm not in the dating market, but if I were, I would present my being a eunuch as a positive. A lot of people don't like penetration. That makes eunuchs the perfect partners for people who want the benefits of a mate without the obligation to swap bodily fluids. I'd advertise that fact in online ads ...

Re: Dating as an "incomplete man"

If possible, it's best to find your significant other before becoming a eunuch.

Re: Curious post in Reddit

The fella on Reddit should consider castration. Loss of his libido would be good for him.

Hi I go by many names but I think serendipitous is applicable here, because I'm lucky to know all of you. UwU

Im a nullfem (im transfem genderqueer), had nullifcation surgery in 2021, and am in a seemingly never ending journey of self exploration about it. I'm mostly interested in the historical ...
