I'm the opposite. I usually stand and lean over the toilet. If I sit to pee, the urine can squirt through the space between the seat and the bowl. Very messy.

Pretty accurate information. I can say that after three years with no HRT and a PSA consistently at <0.1, things do seem to normalize. Maybe we just get used to it after a period of time.

Overall, I feel good. Strength and energy are stable and cognitive function seems fine.

No I think I'd better keep these two worlds apart.

Mine shrank immediately. Of course, I checked as soon as I woke up from the surgery and was surprised to see foreskin covering a good portion of the head of my penis. As a circumcised person, I was shocked that there was that much shrinkage.

It was a paid community that promoted and streamed dangerous, non-medical body modification surgeries. Not just castrations, but all kinds of nasty extreme stuff I don't want to mention. The owner was arrested and got a long prison sentence.

The other option is to save up some money, fly to San Diego, hop across the border to Dr. Aguilar's clinic in Tijuana, and get whatever procedure you desire. Prices are reasonable and you can bypass the lengthy SOC-8 process altogether. Good luck!
