pharmacies

Post by bird (imported) »

hi again people!

i have a question regarding some of the international pharmacies that we deal with, specifically, www.uniglobalpharmacies.com.

i placed an order there recently for some injectables. i was in discussion with another and they told me that they, www.uniglobalpharmacies.com, weren't to be trusted, that, in her words, were theives.

has anyone here dealt with them? are they "theives" or reliable?

thank you all,

joe

Their prices seem suspiciously low. $9.00 for 500mg. Depo-Provera when the usual price is $24-$27 for 150mg.? I would like to know more.

actually, i have been warned about uniglobal. i've been told that they are nothing but theives (his words) and do not ship. i will not recommend them.

www.anagen.net has been trust worthy for my androcur, i'll continue to use them.

Doesn't uniglobal take credit cards? If so, you can always dispute the charge if they do not deliver.

If they never charged you nor sent you anything then perhaps they are out of business. If they really did rip people off then they were probably shut down by a consumer protection agency.

Could have been the Credit Card companies themselves. I know they do cancel a site/company's ability to charge consumers if they get too many fraud or complaints. They can't afford to refund money to unhappy customers.

I would guess that is what happened.

I have used Uniglobal and they did not deliver. Eventually I got my money back too though. I have heard similar stories though from many different people on other forums, and the basic word is stay VERY clear of them.

Joe,

You've mentioned that you have been using anagen.net for your source of Androcur. I'm curious how long it takes to receive an order from them. I ordered my first round from inhousepharmacies.com and it arrived in 7 or 8 days. I placed an order with anagen and it took them 10 days to process the order. I sent them a message asking if they had received the order. They said that they had processed it but if my credit card had not yet been debited I should place a reorder. I waited a day or so, then placed another order using a different credit card. The next day my first order was debited to the first card I used. Now I SHOULD have two orders coming. It's coming up on three weeks since my credit card was debited and still no Androcur. I THOUGHT I had ordered in plenty of time so I wouldn't run out. Now it's been 11 days that I have not had any Androcur. How long does it take for an order to get to you. So far I am NOT at all impressed with anagen's service.

I do agree that anagen.net is slower than, well, you know, but their price delivered is $180.00 for 100 50mg tablets.

Typically, I wait 2.5 to 3 weeks to get my delivery. I now maintain at least 120 tablets on hand and order another 100 at that point. I do not want to get stuck and fall into that terrible hole again.

I guess you just need to plan the delivery. Their price makes it worth it to me.

I read something interesting on Anne Lawrence's site (annelawrence.com):

1. The FDA wants to prevent overseas pharmacies from shipping prescription medications to people in the US. They may succeed, especially with all the new power being granted to the government in light of September 11.

2. Some US physicians, if they know that already you're taking prescription medications without seeing a doctor, will prescribe the medications for you. Their reasoning is that you are going to get the medications with or without their help, so they would rather be the one to prescribe the medication to you so that they can be sure you're using the medication safely. This is the "harm reduction" model.

So, it may be worth going to a physician and seeing if he will start prescribing the stuff for you. If he agrees, then you won't have to deal with overseas pharmacies and the possibility of FDA interference anymore. (Mind you, Anne Lawrence's advice was for M2F TGs taking feminizing hormones. Men taking androcur to suppress their male hormones may be more unusual, and thus not as supported by doctors.)

I don't know anything about www.uniglobalpharmacies.com. as I have only used www.anagen.net with great success, I told Bird about and I see he is as happy with them as I have been. I have placed a order with them 5 times, each time ordering 200 pills cost is about $328. It takes about 17 or 18 days to arrive. I have ordered my last from them as I know have a supply to get me through Castration this Sept 6th.

There is a lot to be said for being chemically castrated a year before getting cut. It gives you a chance to know what its like to be a eunuch and try it out, see if it fits.

The happy eunuch Riverwind. :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks Joe & Riverwind for the information. I was starting to think that I was scammed. Hopefully the Androcur will arrive soon. It's been two weeks tomorow (Sat.) that I have taken any Androcur. I will say that it has long term effects. My libido is still way lower than what it was before starting Androcur.

Thanks again,

Chris

Androcur has NOT been approved by the FDA. As far as the US government having any influence overseas there is really nothing they can do with respect to private industry.

They probably can't do anything about the company, but they can confiscate the packages while in customs. Well hopefully they won't do anything though.

I think the key in ordering Androcur or any other drug from overseas, is personal use. If you were to order 10 or 20 packages of 50 each you might not get it, ordering 200 or 4 boxes seams to be ok. It also has a bit to do with the pharmacy involved, has the government had any bad reports on them. So far I have always got my order and it's been in about 17 days.

Riverwind

Have fun and play safe.

Howdy Riverwind. Well, it's now been 23 days since anagen.net supposedly shipped my Androcur. It's been 33 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived. There's been two orders placed with them and I'm about to call my credit card companies and tell them that the merchandise was not received and to cancel the payments to them. This is really ridiculous. Even IF the Androcur arrives I will never place an order with them again.

Just out of curiosity, how did the packages arrive for you? UPS, Fed Ex, Postal Service or who?

They are so busy with terrorism that they do not have the time nor the desire to open small packages from pharmacies.

Orders are sent USPS because the government doesn't hassle its own delivery service. While the private curriers CAN deliver from overseas, as could be expected, our government does not like the competition.
