No, I still have them but today I punctured both with a needle. I used an 1.5" long X 23 gauge play piercing needle.

Right one first. Hurt like hell for about the first 1/4" then just more a feeling of pressure as I pushed it in. Probably went in a little over an inch. I left it for about 5 minutes. Was a throbbing and burning sensation but not bad. Pleasant even. It was much harder to push in than I had first thought probably causing the pressure feeling.

Then the left one. It hurt a little more on entry then the same throbbing and burning sensation. There was no sighns of bleeding.

I would like to have a needle long enough to go through both at the same time if I ever do it again. And I probably will....

Only time will tell the final outcome I guess. Right now they are both swollen and still have a slight throbbing. Its pleasant though. But oh god, I cant believe I actually did it. Wanted to for a long time and now I did it.

Anyone else experianced this? Any long term results to share?

I would suggest seeking medical attention if you have any long term pain or swelling would be critical. (Don't know how you would tell your Doctor what you did but it would be important if you didn't want to lose your balls).

I have tried this a couple of times now. Put an elastrator ring round my testicles to keep them nice and tight and together, then using small syringe needles (sterile) I push them into each testicle, usually 1 or 2 per ball. I don't usually get any pain, just feel pressure before the needle pops through the membranes.

I leave the needles in for a few minutes, longest so far is about 9 minutes. I also get some clear liquid starts to leak out of the needle, it tastes quite salty, bit like pre-cum only a lot thinner. May just put a band on now and stick some more needles in, as writing this has made me very turned on.

That's what I did a lot but it was not sterile and I got a very bad staph infection a week later real sharp pain I was admitted in the hospital immediately with a 105 fever I.V. antibiotics did not work the left nut swelled the size of an orange the next day they had to remove it and the cord to through the abdomen it was starting to go into the blood stream so please be careful !!

Here's the thing. I've done this sort of thing and worse for years. I totally understand the rush while the obsession forms, then the weird dreamlike sensation of actually going through with the self harm. There is the rush of adrenaline where your teeth chatter, the endorphins as the pain hits and then you find it tolerable, and then there is the satisfaction in the mind over matter -- you did it, you satisfied the urge that had been obsessing you for a long time.

However, I have to warn you all -- you are still damaging and endangering yourself in ways you will probably regret. I ended up in the hospital multiple times, including surgeries to reduce haemotomas (think of one whole side of your scrotum filling up like a balloon with blood) and hydroceles (same thing but scrotum filling up with the fluid from your abdominal cavity). I have created weird lumps that turn off any woman who looks at or feels my balls, I have created chronic pain in one testicle. I worry regularly that I will get testicular cancer, but I can't tell because I have created all sorts of lumps. Any time I get a doctor to check out the physical damage I also have to see psychiatrists and go through self-harm protocols.

I understand the obsession, but I don't want to mince words -- it is self-harm and that means you are mentally disturbed. Please seek help to solve the underlying issue that drives you to the self harm. If you want to be castrated, then go through the proper avenues to do that properly. If you are compulsive and can't stop yourself, then get the proper meds to stop the obsessive-compulsive behavior. If you have body dysmorphia or gender identity issues, please get proper treatment.

As someone who has done it all, I can only say that you're starting down a path to escalating self-harm. After play piercing you'll do worse and worse. I respect that we should all be able to experience what we want, and to do what we want to our own bodies, but at some point we have to realize that any violence we direct towards ourselves is a sickness and any battle inside us needs resolution. Please aim for holisticness and health -- it is precious and you will regret destroying it and taking it for granted.

i do this on a weekly base, never had any problems (yet).Not only the moment itself but also the minutes before are very intense , it is indeed a sort off brainorgasm. Most off the times i do wiggle wit the needle inside, that results in pain for a couple days. Its quite obvious that this will result in permanent damage of the cells inside my testes. Even that arauses me. If we're not half heartedly trying to kill them, we're more than half heartedly trying to be the REAL Jackasses.. I mean nothing offensive, only that the Jackass guys on MTV aren't nearly as tough as some of us seem to be! You're the real men, not these "wimps"! Welcome to the club!

I first learned about sticking needles into balls on this forum and just had to try it. I have to say it was an awesome experience and once I got over the initial hesitation feeling that needle sliding through my nut was amazing.

Best way is to shower first and wash thoroughlythen paint betadine or similar around the site or swab well with surgical alcohol. As you have probably discovered by now the most painful part is getting through the skin of the scrotum so get this over fast with a quick, sure thrust then slow down and push it slowly through or as far as you like.

I haven't tried skewering both nuts at once but it shouldn't be too hard so long as the needle is long enough. If you do this I would suggest stopping short of having the point come right through your scrotum on the other side to avoid the point picking up any bugs from the outside of your skin.
