My name is Daniel. Help!

Post by iamdaniel (imported) »

I'm 23 years old, and since my teen years I've wanted to get rid of my sex drive. I feel constantly enslaved to it, and it negatively impacts every aspect of my life. I just want to not think about sex anymore.

I am a Christian, but I have desired to get rid of my sex drive long before I was converted. I am too dysfunctional to have a serious romantic relationship by the standards of any person or creed, and my sex drive is extremely intense. I want to be able to love and care about people, and interact with them, without having to worry about my motives being hijacked by sex.

I want to start off with chemical castration. I live in Florida, America, and I know there are limitations and restrictions on drugs, some aren't FDA approved, etc. Can something like Androcur, for example, be legally shipped here from Europe? If this is legal, would a doctor or psychiatrist be willing to oversee someone administering a drug that's not FDA approved? Whatever I do, it must be legal.

Where do I start? I am very new to this and have no idea where to look or what to do.

This looks like a really neat community. I look forward to making some new friends here. It's great to find people who share my struggle. God bless you all!

Daniel welcome to the Eunuch Archive. When you talk about your sex drive it sounds typical of a young man at his sexual peak. I of course do not know how much trouble it is causing you or if you are harming others. I think you might want to uncover why your sex drive is out of control.

Some who have used chemical castration have found some of the effects to be permanent after a prolonged period of use. Before you start anything read "Consequences of Castration". You can find it using the search feature. I am using my iPhone so I cannot include a link.

As far as being Christian I think Christians do have sex. I think about my

negative views toward sex and relationships and wonder what has caused yours.

Good luck in your search and finding happiness.

Daniel, Daniel, Daniel...

Don't you know that you are asking for a prescription drug? Sure, you can get it in America. Just go to a doctor and get a prescription and take it to a pharmacy and have it filled...

Simple, right?

http://jcem.endojournals.org/content/84/12/4324.full <--is this it?

I am not harming others if we're talking about rape or molestation or anything like that. I just have a hard time distinguishing sex and love. I love cuddling with women for whom I have affection, massaging them, playing with their hair, messing around and being goofy, etc. But my sex drive is so strong that it hijacks these nobler impulses and insists on its own way. I find it extremely difficult to discern selfish motives from authentic love, because my craving for sex is so intense.

I believe part of the problem is that I have pretty brittle self-esteem. I was diagnosed with ADHD in preschool and expelled, though recognized as highly intelligent. I was frequently ridiculed by others for my quirks, absent-mindedness, difficulty in completing simple tasks correctly, clumsiness, etc. I'm a stereotypical nerd. Apart from a girlfriend I had in middle school, I know that I can never have a normal, romantic relationship. I have a good social life and friends whom I love, which is enough for me.

Even long before I became fully conscious of my limitations, however, I was deeply disturbed and distressed by the intensity of my sex drive during my teen years. I ended up on SSRIs and very much enjoyed the dampening of the libido that attended it. With few exceptions, real sexual satisfaction is a pretty rare jewel. I know, however, that even if I had access to unlimited sex, my passions would become more and more inflamed and I would eventually end up where I am now. I don't want bondage to this craving anymore.

Where do your negative views on sexuality come from?

Thanks for your help btw :)

Oh, I'm no stranger to prescription drugs, lol. I was just under the impression that Cyproterone was not FDA approved in America. Hopefully I'm wrong!

And can I go to a psychiatrist or doctor and get them to prescribe that for me for hypersexuality if I don't have prostate cancer?

Daniel, you are so young to be wanting castration, castration is final, no turning back, no growing new ones, what about family? I have read your posts and I think that if I am not mistaken you would some day like to be married and have kids? If this is true then you need to find out why you feel the way you do, and a good councilor can help you with that. You may want to use a drug that only takes the edge off and nothing more so when the time is right your ready.

The one piece of advice I can give you is this, take your time, don't do anything rash or on spur of the moment, not when it comes to this.

I wish you the very best and welcome to the archive.

I am interested in chemical castration, not physical castration. It's possible that the effects will not be irreversible. If they are though, I welcome it. I do not want to ever be married or have kids. I do not want to ever experience sexual desire again. I began an SSRI recently and it obliterated my sex drive for several months, but it returned and I need something stronger.

You can order them online without a prescription, but you have to decide if that's what you want to do. Understand, risks are involved in taking any medication, and one does, he should get regular checkups from a doctor to make certain they aren't causing him harm.

Is that legal though? Where can I find information on the legality of such a procedure? And if it is legal, how would I go about finding a doctor willing to monitor such a procedure?

Daniel,

As a gay man in a hetro relationship for decades, I'm going to give you some stupid sounding advice.

Find out why you think your over sexed.

If it feels good do it.

You can't masturbate too much. If your getting blisters, use more lube.

Now as long as you can hold down a job, and Uphold social modesty when you have to. WHAT'S WRONG WITH SEX?

If you don't take up any more time masturbating than you do watching TV, you are OK.

Thanks

Now where did those rose icons go?

No daniel it is not legal to "have" those drugs without a prescription in the US.

However no one checks what comes to you in the mail unless a judge thinks you might be a drug dealer.

There are some tight asses who try to prosecute the foriegn stores who sell to Americans, but that's as much about greed as safety.

So if you decide what you want, and do a Google search you'll probably find what you're looking for.

Let's put it this way, it's not illegal. No one is going to come after you for ordering something online. I regularly order some prescription drugs online, and no cop has come knocking on my door.

Androcur or Siterone is not FDA approved in the US so a doctor cannot prescribe it nor can an ordinary pharmacy handle it. However, it is easy to obtain from a number of offshore pharmacies where prescriptions are not required. These shipments will go through US Customs if the quantity is small (3 month supply) and for personal use.

I have played with Siterone from Inhouse Pharmacy and never had any issue receiving it with numerous shipments until I was surgically castrated.

Spironolactone (aldactone) is several degrees less effective than Siterone, and also cause some problems for some people. In my case, it was kidney stones, no matter how much water I was drinking every day. :(

I understand that - it's not a question of normality for me though. It is unpleasant no matter how common it is.
