Hey guys, sorry for my delayed answer! I am combining my surgery with a summer vacation, so basically I have no free time.

One more time, thanks for your support. It means a lot for me.

I went in friday (26th), 3 day after the surgery to get an injection(an extra antibiotic), and I got my surgical dressing (including the sewing) removed by the surgeon. He told me that everything is as it should be. I am still taking the pills, antibiotics and pain-killers. Because of my stupid curiosity, yesterday evening, I touched my scrotum, more than I was supposed to (I was like kinda making sure that there are no balls :D), and afterwards the pain got increased, but I took some extra pain-killers, and everything was fine. Generally the pain, is declining but slowly. Anyway, neither the first day, the pain was strong, it is like a sun-burn on the face or the back.

According my sex-drive, I haven't masturbated since 24th (the following day after the surgery). I am surrounded by some pretty girls, and I am attracted to them, but I think the attraction is slightly lower than what it was before. Hopefully, it will decline to a really low level. Here I see the point of some of you, that the brain is a powerful sex organ. And if you want to think about sex, with having no sex drive, you still can, and it's about habits and practice from before. But, I think after once the T-level gets very low, the sex thoughts will disappear by itself.

Regards,

maestro

A review of your experience with the facility would be very useful to the rest of us.

I recall back in the day several folks posting that Dr. Spector's office and staff scared the hell out of them in a few ways.

Thank you.

It was OK. I had a general anesthesia, and the surgery was not painful at all. The stuff was lovely too. But, I think I don't get your question, what you mean by "experience with the faculty". And how had happened that the guys got frighten? I have read some reviews about Dr. Spector before, and I thought he is a nice guy.

He was asking about the facilities not the faculty(staff). Dr Spector was a very congenial man, but he stayed in practice far beyond his abilities. His office, desk and piles of paper, was an unsterile operating theatre - a disgusting and dangerous place to do surgery, but many of us did anyway.

Guys, there is nothing to be worried about. Remember, this is only castration. It's neither a heart surgery nor a kidney replacement. The castration is very simple operation, therefore the possibility for something to go wrong are really low. The polyclinics might look unsterilized enough, and the stuff could be not that professional, but this is a simple operation which can be done even by a vet.

According to my present condition, I can finally feel the effects of castration in terms of lowered sex drive. I am really not obsessed with sex that much. I saw many girls having swimming suits on, but it does not turn me on as before. I expect and hope that the decline will continue until in reaches the minimum possible level. :)

It is now 15 days since Maestros small surgery. It is about the time, it seems like he has achieved what he was seeking for. I've seen that many times before. As sex drive declines people tend to vanish from EA. It is good if people find their inner peace.

Hopefully Maestro will notice one day that he hasn't visited EA for a longer period and enlighten us here with his valuable experience :)

Just keeping this tread warm :)

Congrats! Did you need a letter of recommendation from a psychologist or therapist or did was it enough just to say that you wanted to become a transsexual?

Hey guys! Sorry for the late response! Too many things were waiting for me, once I came back.

21 days have passed since I did my surgery. I started taking some estrogen, because I want to speed up the process of loosing testosterone and I want to prevent myself from getting osteoporosis. I was wondering between 5mg injections and 1mg pills. And I chose the first option, since I want to keep my liver healthy. I had consultation with both a pharmacist and my surgeon, and they told me that I can inject estrogen once a week. He even told me that the pills are fine, too, i.e. they will not damage my liver.

For now, there are no side effects from taking estrogen (I already injected myself twice). I plan to stop taking it soon, and I will prevent myself from osteoporosis by getting calcium and vitamin D, or/and consuming products that are rich with calcium and vitamin D (milk, cheese, bananas).

And the most interesting information------ after 21 days, my sex drive is almost GONE! I really don't feel the pressure to masturbate and think about sex. I still look when a nice girl passes next to me, but in definitely different way. The pressure that was making the sex to be fundamental for me, is gone. A whole week has passed, since I arrived home (7th of September). In those 7 days I masturbated only once, I think the 2nd day. But the ejaculation was not as explosive and the sperm was more liquid and in much smaller quantity. I think, as I can estimate, 80-85% of my sex-drive is gone. I am looking forward to loose the rest. Now, I can read and work calmly. I still consider myself to be at the same or the about the same level of energy. I don't get tired easily, I can stand the same level of physical pressure as before.

So, am I happy to be an eunuch? Oh, YESSSS!!!! Definitely!

Guys, thanks to all of you for your support, suggestions and advices! My life-changing surgery would have been impossible without you! Thanks folks! :)

That's a pretty significant change. Please keep us updated as things continue to change for you, and congrats.

3-weeks before you got to this point where your drive was significantly diminished and your ejaculations are drying up.

That's about what I told you would happen right after you announced your surgery had happened. :)

When I was castrated that is what happened to me. I went on HRT (testosterone) at week 4.

Sounds cool! What should I expect and near and what in far future, in terms of sex. drive and side effects? :)

I take testosterone, and you're on estrogen. I think your experience will be different from here, so I can't really comment as to what is in store for you going forward.

I think there may be one or two people around here that are traveling the same path you're beginning, so I hope they come on board and comment.

I wish you the best with your new life.

I'd been on anti-androgens and estrogen for two years prior to my orchiectomy, so there were no real changes after my surgery. What I can tell you is this: the smell of your sweat and body odors will change, as will possibly your sense of smell, but most nicely, your urine will no longer smell so bad when you urinate. After a few months, you'll notice hard triangular lumps beneath your nipples. These will be breast buds beginning to form. :) They'll be tender, so be gentle with them during this time.

Hey guys!

Sorry for being absent for so long! I was just sooo busy!

Well, there is nothing new to share with you. My sex-drive is approximately at the same level as 3 weeks ago, i.e. just 10% from the sex-drive I had before my castration. I stopped taking estrogen (1 injection weekly), and I will probably make some pause, before taking it once monthly or so.

So, guys if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to write me a private message, or you can even add me at Facebook: sicilia_98 @ yahoo.com.

I am so happy to be an EUNUCH and to have my sex-drive under control!!!!! :-)))))))))))))))))

Regards,

maestro
