Hi everyone

Post by DaveIs564 (imported) »

Considering I am new to this forum, I figured my first post should be a brief introduction. At this point, I won't go into detail but I am a post operative eunuch (no testicles or penis) and have been this way voluntarily since 2003. During that time, I have been the calmest and most content I have ever been in my 40 years on this planet.

My primary reason for joining here is both to seek medical advice (mainly to do with hormones and side effects) from others and hopefully to share a little of my own experience in the hope that it may help others too.

Anyway, as I mentioned, I just wanted to make my first post a brief introduction and a 'hello' to everyone. It is great to discover there's an online community here where we can share and help one another. :)

Welcome, Dave. I think you'll generally find most of the EA regulars to be reasonable, sensible people who enjoy sharing their reasons, experiences, and opinions.

Thank you for the welcome Caith. :)

I'm generally not a shy person but I do like to get to know a group (as much as is possible on the 'net at least) before I share my deepest experiences and I anticipate doing just that here.

Welcome to the zoo!

I think of it more as a circus. Three rings, A clown car, and a trapeze act overhead.

But yeah, Welcome Dave!

I hope you stick around to tell your tale.

Thank you again everyone. All this talk of zoos and circuses is sounding somewhat familiar!!! Hmmm... I wonder why? lol :D I think we can all relate!

Hormones are something I have gained a fair amount of experience with over the last decade or so. I've tried the whole gammut all the way from Primogyn Depot injections (estrogen) through to Sustanon 250 (testosterone). For the last couple of years, I'd been taking Femoston 2/10 tablets (combination of estrogen and progesterone) but a couple of weeks ago, I decided to once again go without any hormones and just let my body do what it wants.

About 4 days ago I embarked on a mild feminization journey through the ingestion of 2mg Estrofem daily, 100 mg spironolactone daily and 6 mg finasteride daily..the estrofem and spiro are taken in two doses, morning and evening, the finasteride is taken in one dose, in the evening. According to literature I have read, this is a light regimen..I am healthy and looking forward to a frillier existence..

Anybody with any advise on this? smooches Jackie

...looking forward to a frillier existence.

What a glorious phrase! It put a smile on my face and made a great start to my day. Thank you.
