Don't do it bro, I thought of doing it myself and realized it is not going to work because just think about slicing a piece of your skin with a razor or poking yourself with a long needle. Your mind might trick you into thinking wow this is really possible but its not. Leave the surgery to the professionals, take out a loan for 3k.

Can someone give me an insight of the realities of doing an at home penectomy. I am not writing this to instigate someone to do what I am about to say. You keep asking the same questions over and over. There are no "do it yourself" instructions for emasculating yourself, and if there were it would be unethical to post them. Instead you keep getting the same advice to forget about it, including one post from yourself (see above). And then you rephrase the question and ask it again. The only such instructions here are on self administering alcohol into testicles, about which you have posted extensively. No matter how many times you ask, you are not going to get DIY castration or penectomy advice here. If you want it done, other than the transsexual route, the only safe path is to find a way to see a Thai (or other 3rd world country) surgeon overseas.

If there was a safe and sure way that wouldn't end you up in the psych ward or worse mine would have been gone long ago. What I need is to find a way so that my doctor says they (both penis and testicles) have to be removed (which no psych issues) and the procedure will be covered by my medical insurance.

NO. Then you'll bleed to death. Those blood vessels will not close just because of a zip tie. If you go to the Emergency Room like that, you will be admitted for psychiatric review.

I don't intend this to be mean but this near daily posting of some method to remove your testicles or penis is an obsession or something in the realm of obsessive/compulsive disorder and you ought to be seeing a professional about it. We don't want you to stop talking. In fact, your tendency to talk a lot is probably better and beneficial to you rather than staying silent. Members know that from experience. they also know what it is to want testicles or penis removed and the anxiety those body parts can cause. You aren't alone in your desires. We would rather you keep commenting. However, we were worried that you might do something as drastic as just chopping away and seriously injure yourself. AT least I was. Talk about that with the people here who have experience with it.

I do not know of resources available in your country, but try to find either some psychological help, or chemical castration.

Sometimes lowering testosterone would lead to removal of such urges.

Just remember, if you just cut your balls with scissors, you have very high probability of uncontrolled bleeding and very probably - death.

Even small cuts in the genital area bleed a lot, and I speak from experience. One more point - there are no obvious pressure points to stop the bleeding.

Banding doesn't work. It will be intensely painful, could cause gangrene, but ultimately will not cut off the flow of blood enough to be safe. You need professional help. Please find some. DIY is not an option in your case.

Medical surgery with spinal or general anesthesia, followed by pain controlling medication afterwards.

I don't know if hypnosis would work to control that much pain or not.

But competent medical surgery is needed to minimize risk of infection and avoid bleeding to death.

You could use a genital guillotine.

Free... It's the same thing as "I want my 'cutter' to be local..." It's something they use to prolong their fantasy by putting a barrier to their castration in place so they can try to convince the rest of us that they truly want it, when what they are actually doing is sitting in front of their computer rubbing their dicks raw.
