May your Birthday be a capitalist dream with others paying for the dream profits.

Best wishes, young one, on your birthday. You always bring a bit of fact, a touch of humor, and some good sense to this place. We are the better for it. Be well.

Oh, happy birthday to out there. Guess somehow I have relatives with strange Germanlike names from over there or so 23andme seems to think. So who knows maybe someday I'll learn Cyrylic and Slavic and go on out there. Probably not though but you have a good happy afterbirthday in case you couldn't have the happy birthday.

Re: Fhunter, Happy Birthday!
Thank you all for your wishes and congratulations
. I really had a great day (well, it already was two days ago).
Sorry to anyone, whose messages and PMs I missed, not answered, or looks like I not answered. I had a really busy time recently. (Yes Moi, no need to resend the PM, I have seen it, i have read it, and I'll answer it, it just requires free time and energy with concentration, of which, I not always have enough).
It was a busy few months, but looks like everything goes a bit better, than it was
. And I really had a good time with few close friends this Saturday. The schedule for family gathering is still in decision though.
Once more, thank you all.
(just imagine, that the cup in smilie's hand is with Hibiscus tea).
Fhunter.

Russian History Buffs Take Note
The question to fhunter was:
I am trying to remember a point of history but,
I do not know if it is Tolstoy fiction or fact.
It was the Battle of Borodino I believe, but in the Napoleonic Wars.
It may have been Austerlitz.
There was a station of 5 Russian cannons. All manned by five men.
Four Cannons were knocked out and two of the men of the remaining cannon. But these three guys kept their cannon firing into Napoleon's column formations causing great damage. Not winning the battle, but heroic.
Do you recognize the story ? Any more to it? True or Tolstoy? Or Hollywood?
