It apears that when testosterone is produced naturally, many different testosterone precursors and substances similar to testosterone are produced that affect your body differently. take for example Androstenedione which levels in eunuchs are very low: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Androstenedione

Androstenadione is generally higher in eunuchs since it doesn't get converted into male or female hormones.

But, I am asking about regrets about castration, and it doesn't sound like either of you regret losing your balls. I am talking about eunuchs that are sorry their balls are gone, that admit to making a foolish decision and regrets it. Please don't hijack this thread discussing testicle injection techniques.

Is there anyone out there that was sexually excited, that got a hard-on when thinking about being castrated and about other men being castrated that then got castrated in a sexual scene, and now regrets doing it? Does anyone know of anyone like that?

Over the years we have know those that come in here and then get themselves castrated for the thrill of it, then the regret and there gone, they never stay. I guess its a constant reminder of their mistake.

You will find that yes us OLD Timers have been through this and we have done the banding and injections and finally when all else failed we did it right, we speak from experience, there is nothing I repeat NOTHING that you think you can do that one or more of us have not already tried.

If you want to be castrated take it on a test drive, meaning a chemical castration drug, take it for a year so you know what its going to be like, then if you like the results have it done by a doctor.

Getting yourself castrated so you can start HRT is not smart, natural testosterone is much better then any alternative.

Good Luck

Well put River, There is life in the old dog in Hawaii yet! Over the years I have tried all sorts too. I have always been serious about it and would not embark on a journey to regret it because I had not given it due consideration.

There is a lot of sexual arousal and fantasy associated with castration which is an enormous paradox. The ultimate (literally) orgasm before you lose them!

I must confess that I find pictures of men without no sack and balls very erotic. In fact more so than men with them!!

I don't think my personal driver is sexual desire. Or put another way when I tried to castrate myself I did not have a massive hard on! In spite of taking Depro and had done many injections to the testes I could still get an erection if I wanted. So for me it is/was not sexual.

Personally I do find it staggering that someone would want this one time sexual encounter. If you have not thought about this beforehand and the implications. if the orgasm was so intense I dare say one would regret it because it is one time experience and unrepeatable! I am pretty certain that one would regret eating the forbidden fruit!

If sexual gratification was the driver. What next to top it? Regret is almost inevitable.

Having said all that there are those who get aroused by the ultimate act of surrender and submission and remain happy as submissive to whomever they did it for and remain content.

it is not easy and thinking about it raises many complex questions as complex as the diversity of people who enter this sanctuary.

Of course you might think my reasoning is absolute bollocks (pun intended!!) but they are just my thoughts.

There are a few who regret, I am sure. But the most of us are very happy. There is always some small part that you wished did not happen. For me, I wished I had not lost as much strength. You always have to accept the disliked parts with the liked parts.

I've always wondered why someone would regret being castrated, unless he regrets not being able to make babies or miss the "look-and-feel" of his balls between his legs. Taking T would otherwise restore what the missing testicles used to provide. Why commit suicide?

But, removing the penis is a total different ball of game. If that thing is gone...well you can imagine, right (Extreme frustration, depression). Removing the penis is something that you should really want with all your soul or you'll end up in the loony bin.

I have never regretted life after castration but I have regrets from prior days. Before castration I had regrets that I was not comfortable with myself. I regret some of my behaviors when I was driven by T. I regret it was not done sooner in my life when I knew something was wrong but not what it was. Now I am my true self and finally regret free.

I have been castrated a short time, I am very happy with that. I am not on HRT but still get a softish erection and can masturbate, I am expecting that to go in time. I still have balls but they are shrinking. The main thing sex is not a subject that's on my mind all the time, hardly at all, great
