This sounds like where I was a few years back.

I had to re invent how I jerked off as everything above the surface was still recovering from that clamping session.

I got over the problem by stimulating the base through my scrotum.

Some years ago, girlfriends of mine and I strangled my hubby's penis, which left it in a condition similar to what you describe: like it was hinged at the spot where it was strangled: softer there, thinner there, easy to bend there. It did recover over time. Since his penectomy we have found that he can get orgasms more or less the way ambiguous refers to above. For what I've read on another forum people have went over six months without feeling in their penis and had to wait up to a year before being able to come back to normal even after very aggressive banding. I'm confident the same will happen to you and feeling will eventually come back.

I'm amazed of how my penis is since removing my glans, how it has retracted deeper into me. No I have a bit of engineering skill .What I did was use 3mm x 50mm screws at either end of the rods (holes being drilled at either end of the rods for this).

The rods clamp together the more you tighten these screws.

The joy of using the screws is you have more control of whats going on and very little preasure is needed to cut off the blood supply.

Try using a hair band twist around your penis for a while not long. Just enough to numb your penis make sure the band doesn't have skin in between wraps. It will turn purple but wait till it's numb and remove.

Try just under your glans not yuor whole penis, your glans if numb will prolong you ejaculating early.

Just remember that once your testicles are cut off, you'll begin to experience the effects of testosterone deprivation. Not just hot flashes, but serious depression. Not anything like you might have ever experienced. You'll need to have to have some testosterone replacement to use just in case. Also your penis will then really shrink up if you delay using testosterone replacement.

I would guess feeling is coming back. My husband used to band a few years ago, before he was permanently numbed electrically and, of course, before his penectomy. That was long enough ago that my memory of details is a little foggy, but I do remember his mentioning a similar "electric" feeling about two weeks before full feeling returned. You've been numb a lot longer than his longest banding numbness, so your full recovery may be more than two weeks away, but I would expect full feeling to return if you have the sensation you described. Of course, with the modifications you've done, even full feeling will probably be different from what you remember. Keep us informed, and best wishes.

I have Neuropathy in my feet, and before medication I would get what felt like random electrical shocks in random toes. Maybe in your case it is like a short circuit misfiring. Not directly the same, but certainly sounds similar.
