This may be a really stupid question to Numbhead so I don't expect an answer maybe just it is a question to provoke consideration. When the inevitable threshold is surpassed and you have to have your penis removed what will you do? Will you miss the opportunity for banding it in the future? I guess what I mean is are you really banding as a means to an end (loss of penis) or is the banding itself the main focus for you? The reason I ask is its a very fine line you are walking and if you inadvertently lose your penis would you really be happy or would you miss the ability to band it? If you truly want to lose it you could have done it quite easily by now but if you want to continue banding in the future you are coming close to making this impossible. Take care and consider your actions and how they will truly affect your future.

To answer what I'm looking for is to have my everything removed, to be a full nullo. Which is from the more and more I find out I was going towards castration first but then found out there is the possibility of losing interest in continuing after. So I have always been doing something towards my penis. Then I stumbled upon elastrator and banding. Then the discovery of injections of Lidocaine, to help extend banding and obviously destroy my penis. When I do cross that line it will be a relief of an old curse and memory.

The band when it first cut does sting, you can try a numbing gel/creme to apply a few minutes before you cut band. And you can wrap your penis before you band as well.

So swelling went down but not even my penis hooked to the right for better part of two days. Not sore at the base, bruise has spread to my cover all my penis. No feeling dry numb.

Sounds to me that you have passed the point of no return and it might be an ide to go and see a doc about getting it removed

It seems like I have heard this a few times now. I just got back from annual physical at Dr.s. I was a little shocked when she pulled sheet away. For the record I'm a commando kinda person. Her eyes fixed on my bruised colored penis. Of course it's cold not warm and hooked to the right. So she ended with quite the chat. And she understands and a l explained what I've been doing and she says it's very noticeable. That's when she came out and told me that what she has heard and seen, that my penis is past any kinda recovery. It's permanently damaged and she did mention the risk of clots. Circulation is poor, and that that it will never resume any feeling in it. She did ask if I would consider counciling. I've explained I'm in my right mind.

I injected lidocaine yesterday an hour so after Drs appointment. I'm not sure why my penis is so numb but it did man my penis swell like I had an erection there I had a straight penis sorta hangs down when swelled in that form. I added the 7 bands and went upon my chores I wanted to do. Working right along my alarm went off, I must have never shut it off from working nights just reset it the other night. Good thing it did I had bands on for few minutes over 6hrs. This time after removing the bands no nothing no ache like last time. Today back to normal size other than swollen where I band. Just total numbness.

Well 6 hr's is a long time and for a lot of men, might have killed their penises. Your penis might be tougher, probably needs 8 hrs. Most urologists in the US won't perform a penectomy unless the penis is turning gangrene, even then they'll try to save it. If your penis turns black, better head to the ER.

Well I can say I have done 6hrs six different times, 4 with 2 bands and twice with 7 bands. And there is a big difference the last two times has gotten me and now pushed me over the threshold of no recovery. My next multiple day off I might just give the 8hr a try. This way if it turns black I can head to an emergency room. The closest is an hour away next is 3 hr drive away. Think I'll chance the farther one, less chance to be recognized.

Just be sure you don't take the bands off before you go. If it's turned black, removing the bands could be hazardous to your health, especially if you're adding another 3 hours after it turns black before you get to the ER.

How do you plan to pee during that interval? Inability to void can become a critical issue.

Just for what it is worth.. My urologist said that he could tell that I had abused my penis some years ago. I don't know how he knew, but he did.

I was embarassed.. I liked that Urologist.

I just had annual check up with my primary Dr. And she did a full physical on me. She noticed immediately my bruised penis. I was well here's the deal Dr. And she listened and then she even looked at my penis for a while. She said she can see and feel the damage I have done to it so far. She slid a catheter down my urether. There was some restriction at base where I band all the time, but she was I don't want to force it and have me feel it. I told her I'm totally numb with no feeling. So I pushed it in past. That's when she told me that I probably will never get any feeling back cause there is nerve and circulation damage now. I leveled with her and told her why and that I want to have everything removed.

I'm sure about the time I have to go I'll be in the hospital and they will perform what they need to let me relieve myself. I know for a fact that I haven't gone in a10hr span. I do want u my intake of fluids when I band for the 6hr time.

Keeps on hand a thicker syringe needle. If necessary, stick it into the urethra, before the band. Even if the jet will be thin, in case of need it is better than nothing for relief and to relieve the pressure.

Take every necessary measure to be safe.

And last but not least, take pictures. It is a unique experience and once you may want to see again what you went through.

Many years ago I did pretty extreme things. Unfortunately then there was no possibility to take pictures. It's the only thing I regret. Not as extreme as you, so they can be repeated. But for now, I failed. No longer stand the pain as well as then. I can not even say it's necessarily pain. Just feel totally different sensations now.

I do have 4 catheter IV needles on hand, if need stick in pull needle out and relief. I'm so numb now, I can do pretty much anything to my penis with no feeling. Thanks for your input

I haven't posted in a few weeks but I have noticed a couple different things last two week. First is I have been getting emotional, I can feel my eyes welling up of course I play it off for being cold out and windy. Second is my chest is toned and taunt but around my nipples is getting loose. .My penis is limp lifeless so numb. My scrotum has been taunt as well keeping my testicles close as well. I haven't been banding in a week or so just been busy at work they sprang on us a mandatory of which involves one toons and half days off between or shifts. Swing shifts from days to nights with a day off not fun. But I'm working so that's a plus.

I wouldn't expect the changes you describe to result from damaging your penis. I'd attribute them more to your work schedule, the resulting irregular sleeping and eating patterns, and the cold weather. Keep us posted.

I just wanted some advice from you experts. I love banding my penis. I love the idea of ruining my manhood the most. I'm still quite young (28) so I don't want to give it all up just yet. So I mostly do cbt for now, although I know that one day I will end up without a dick, or better, first impotent then dickless. I know about the risks and I try to be as safe as I can. I have yet to use an elastrator but I'm becoming quite familiar with regular elastic bands. Everything is going smoothly, the only painful part is the cutting of the bands which stings a lot. I banded today at the office and I can't believe how quickly it went numb. A the beginning just the skin under the band hurts, but then quickly my cock starts to notice something is wrong eheh. It aches a bit and turns slowly colder. Then all of a sudden the ache turns into a prickly sensation. It grows stronger until it actually feels like little explosions in my cock, so hot. Then this phase ends and a dull deep ache gradually kicks in. Today just after 30 mins. Then i start to become totally numb. To the point that I can only feel a hard pressure just in the core of the shaft if I press it hard. I got to this stage after 40-45 mins. At around 50 the pain was bad (not invariable though) and I cut it loose. What happens then is so hot. It quickly turns red, not too dark, like a sun burn, and swells up nocely. It's hard to tell if it's a weak erection (not that hard) or just puffiness but deep inside the corpora cavernosa. And then no matter how hard I jerk off it won't get any harder and I won't be able to cum. So first of all I'd like to know if what you guys experience is similar to this or what are the differences.
