📢 NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of Care

A research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.

🧪 The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).

📝 Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

📚 The results will contribute to a medical journal article and help improve access and care for the Eunuch community.

Just like you, I've been fantasizing about being castrated since 14 or so. I like the idea towards others too. But I wouldn't do it if I had a loved one, but, since I'm a loner/forever alone, at least for now, I might do it one day to shut down sexual desire. I always wanted to be a father and to enjoy a sex life, but I don't seem to capable of achieving that. I feel like I didn't deserve manhood, or testosterone or balls, anything like that.

Summing, for me it's a fetish, a mean and a punishment/lamentation.
Giving up your sexuality because you don't feel worthy of being a man. I think that isn't a healthy reason to pursue this.

Will turning off your sex drive alleviate your desire to be in a relationship, or will it just confirm that you aren't worthy of the life you obviously want?

Interesting, a lot of guys I’ve spoken to started thinking about it around that age, like what Wheelyfixed said. If I find someone to settle down with I think I will discuss it with them. I’m bisexual, so if I settle down with a man it may not be such a big deal possibly.
