Castrated 9-3-15, not using any TRT. My last annual blood-work was in August. I asked for a T check to be included because it hadn't been checked since the surgery. Results were a laughable "<20". I still had a libido and was a regular wanker before castration but now not a trace of sex drive. At age 72 I don't miss it a bit and think a libido is a distracting waste of time. If I were much younger I might feel differently but now I really enjoy the mental peace and quiet. Yeah, I get hot flashes but they're not bad enough for me to consider any TRT. I don't want the body hair or even a trace of libido returning. Or the increased risk of heart attack or stroke that my primary care doc cautioned me about. For me, life is better without balls.

My erections and libido were gone when my level was low (30). I had no urge to ejaculate or need to. No sexual dreams or hardons at night. Even with trt it is much lower then before.

Tugon, wish I had read your post when you wrote it a few years ago. It really is one of the best posts I've read on here. Really enjoyed it.
