Nullos in Michigan?

Post by Aquamanny (imported) »

Hey folks. I've been interested in nullos for a long time, but have never physically met one as all the nullos and people desiring to become nullos that I've met live a long ways away. I would love to strike up a friendship with someone who lives in my home state. Anybody on here live in (southeast) Michigan?

On this subject, beggars can't be choosers. If a nullo is not in your local area, you may have to travel to meet them, or they to you, if they're so inclined. There are not that many of us around, though the number is increasing, by a lot just this year. I think I know of at least 4 men who have become nullos in the past 6 months, and another scheduled to become so this week.

There used to be a nullo in Michigan, but he long ago moved to the west coast. Don't hear from him often these days, but he's one of the "original" nullos I found when I started looking for them online 20 years ago. In fact, that's when he became a nullo, 20 years ago. He took the same path I did, namely castrated first, cock removed later.

We're around, just have to be flexible and not expect us to be next door to you. If we are, you're truly lucky indeed.

I am in the metro Detroit area and it looks like I am becoming a Nullo this spring. Already had orchiectomy and scrotectomy and it looks like soon Dr. Arnkoff is going to finish my manhood for good.

Do you really want to proceed with Dr. A? As far as I know there are much better skilled surgeons in the US for a nullification.

Dr. A. is OK for castration. When it comes to scrotectomy and penectomy, his results get rather bad reviews. The surgery tends to be that of a butcher. I've seen some photographs -- I would never let him touch me.

I am down by Toledo and am fully nullified now. Reach out if you wish to chat.

I have heard about this concerns and I have seen the pictures.

Since I am so satisfied with my Orchiectomy and scrotectomy and he is my urologist for years and i am just 30 minutes from his office we choose to go back to him.

Nobody will see it anyways but its affordable and so easy.

Well, it's not completely true that nobody will see it. At least you will see it every single day. Sooner or later you will regret if your result doesn't look as good as it could look.

And making a decision because "it is affordable and so easy" is absolutely no good reason. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Cheap offers are often not worth the money and it has a reason why they are cheaper. Please do yourself a favour and rethink your decision.

I'd agree here. You're doing the biggest thing you will ever do in your life (genital amputation), I don't think cost should be the primary focus here. Quality of result should. Now, if one wants to balance that with cost, I'd consider all the options now available, and make a decision from there.

I have to agree with T van Keel and LT on this one. You will be looking at the result forever. I'd take the trip down to Columbus. There is a Dr. Chris McClung down there that does them and I've heard good things and they are part of OhioHealth, so they might take your insurance.

But I've seen Dr. Arnkoff's work and it ain't pretty. He won't go near the root because "there is too many blood vessels down there" and it's "too dangerous" and won't remove anything below the skin for the same reason. So, basically, he only does partial penectomies...and the ones he does....just...wow, and not in a good way. O_O I also don't think he does urethral reroutes either.

I mean, if you are set on Arnkoff, be advised, you are getting your money's worth...and the look may not be what everyone else has.

He does urethral reroutes. Usually 30 days prior to the cut. He has offered me to do both in one surgery.

None of us here will stop you from doing what you seemed determined to do, but nobody here will be able to say you were not cautioned ahead of time.

Indeed his sutures look like a trussed roast.
