Plan on clamping penis and removing it, any real dangers to this? Most operation seem successful via this method.

I think my favorable method is now guillotine. Flick of switch and off it goes. It's not very big, about 3 inches soft.

I tried a Stanley knife when it was not banded and I couldn't even break skin, I'm not terribly into pain yet alone forced it. Is there any such schematics of a penis guillotine?
