New addition
I'm a new eunuch, finally snipped after several years as a wannabe. Disliked having testicles from a long way back but knew that one day I would be cut. I'm 30 now but would have happily had them removed 10 years ago. In the end I succeeded with the help of a boyfriend, he reduced the size of my nuts to the point where I was able to have a medical castration. At some point in the future I would like to have the remaining bits removed and become a fully shaved eunuch.

Welcome to a great website.
I have a few questions for you.
When did you first start thinking of castration of your balls as a serious idea for yourself ? And what first triggered that idea and desire in you ?
How did you and your boyfriend decide to actually start castrating you and how did you do it ?

Re: New addition
Hi, I wanted to be rid of male parts since puberty and would happily have been a teen castrato. Unfortunately there was no way anything like that would happen and it was only when I graduated from college and became independent that I could consider it. So at around 22 or 23 I started seriously looking into it. What I was after was MtE but the clinics I spoke to only seemed to do MtF and found my request very strange. I've got no desire to transition to female or to be feminised although I understand that now that my nuts are gone some feminisation is likely. We started the castration process over a year ago, I had explained to my partner that I wanted my genitalia removed. He thought it would be really hot to date a eunuch and offered to help get a castration. At the time we played bondage games and both liked light S&M. One of the games we played he would tie by balls off with a leather cord and them stretch them with lead weights. When he'd got them stretched as far as they would go he would have sex with me, so pain and pleaure at the same time. While we were doing this he suggested tying the cord tighter and stretching my nuts harder in order to interrupt the blood supply to the testes. We thought if we did it for 20 - 30 munutes at a time and repeated it often enough my testicles would shrivel up and I would be as good as nutted. Well it worked but it took about a year, by then my balls were less than half their original size and had become hard. When I had a medical they were found to be non functional and I was able to get a medical orchiectomy done last September. Now I have achieved the first step and am glad to be a eunuch. By boyfriend likes playing with my empty scrotum and wants to see how much further he can stretch it before I have it removed. My hope is that now my testicles are gone it should be easier to arrange for the rest to be removed. Please pm me if you would more details.

Welcome Jan-Linde! This is an awesome community to be part of. There is plethora of articulate and intelligent contributors to help. I was pressured to have prosthetics, about 4 years after my castration. that was a mistake. Removing them and my scrotum, gave me the feel and look of who I've become. Its very liberating! I'm off for my 6weekly T shot tomorow, (Its a pain in the ass)

Re: New addition
Thanks sparkey49 and Brycenosak, it's great to be here and great to the able to discuss things with fellow eunuchs. In just a couple of days I've learnt move about eunuchs and the art of castration than in years of talking to doctors and therapists. I agree with you about trimming off the empty scrotum, I think it looks a lot neater and more attractive without it. I still have mine as I've only recently been nutted but will have it all removed when I complete my emasculation next year. I am also set for testosterone replacement therapy, I planning to have low dose T cypionate, maybe 50mg every 2 or 3 weeks to maintain bone health and to help with physical conditioning.

Re: New addition
Good luck for your upcoming modifications. I'm on the same path to some degree. After five years of counseling without any results I recently met with a therapist who seems to be really open to write a letter of recommendation. If that really comes true, my nullification might take place next year, too.

Good luck to you too. It seems more difficult to get an MtE procedure than MtF. If you dress as a female and take estrogen you can get MtF GRS relatively easily, if you are male or agender looking and want your male genitalia removed then it's not so easy.

Re: New addition
Thank you!
Yes, absolutely. I can only speak about the situation in Germany, but it's really difficult. The therapists are quite well aware of non-binary and agender, but they are extremely hesitant to write a letter for a MtE surgery. One problem is there's no experience with such a treatment here, and if the patient would benefit from the surgery. We are simply too few, compared to MtF and FtM trans people. It seems I'm the first one in Germany who is asking for voluntary nullification.
The funny thing is that finding a professional surgeon willing to do the job is not the problem. I asked 4 surgeons experienced in transgender surgery, and 3 of them are willing to do it if I can provide the letters. That's the main problem, getting the letters.

Hi, very similar situation here, there are experienced surgeons who can do various types of MtE procedures but you have to get the sign off from a therapist/psychologist.

Do you already have the necessary papers? If not, it might be difficult to become emasculated until next summer. Please feel free to ask me questions if you like.

Re: New addition
Thanks for the offer, I'll likely ask you some questions nearer the time. I think I will be OK with regard to getting the right paperwork, my gender therapist is sympathetic but is advising me not to rush. Well, I've waited 10+ years so I suppose another 6 months won't matter. In the meantime enjoying life as a new eunuch even though I feel it's a half way stage. Lets hope we are both successful in 2019 and achieve the superior smooth look.

Re: New addition
I can't hear terms like "don't rush" anymore (even if it is correct to some degree). That's what my former gender therapists told me way too often during the past 5 years. I'm simply tired of waiting. My journey started about 30 years ago, being sure about wanting the surgery since 10+ years.
But now things seem to start changing. My current gender therapist told me yesterday he is going to write the letter. I can't believe this really is going to happen, after so much time and continuous disappointments. This is a first important step, the next will be to convince my health care insurance to cover the costs. That won't be easy, but not completely impossible, as they normally cover transgender surgery.

Re: New addition
It sounds like you are finally making headway, from what I've read it would have been very difficult 30 years ago. I think it is only recently that it is becoming a bit easier to arrange. Wishing you the best luck. Jan

Re: New addition
Thank you. Definitely, 30 years ago no one would have done a voluntary nullification on a young teenage boy. Even today that won't happen. But one thing is sure: if I had known the things I know today at being 13 yo, and if there had been the information sources and possibilities for treatment, I'm quite sure I would have begun my way at that age and most probably would have tried to become nullified before reaching age 20.

Thanks sparkey49, very glad to have completed MtE without too much trouble and enjoying being nutless. Hoping to complete the transition to complete eunuch by the middle of next year.
