Left right?

Post by testishadim (imported) »

Hello everyone :) I am 20 years old and I am a healthy gay man.

After a while I want to remove one of my balls. But I can't decide which one should be.

Left ball bigger, right smaller.

Which do you think it should be?

Do you think I should have an alcohol injection before I cut?

Don't be choosey, take both off at once. You'll be a richer man by far in the end. and happier I might add having just lost both of mine by choice after wanting to be castrated from a young age. they named it properly when they named it eunuch calm.

Why? You won't gain anything except more room in your ball sack.

No

https://www.issm.info/sexual-health-qa/ ... -sex-life/

"When one testicle is removed, there is usually no effect on a man's sexual function. Most of the time, the remaining testicle produces enough testosterone and sperm to compensate for the testicle that has been removed. Therefore, the man should still be able to get an erection and ejaculate as he did before. He should also be able to father biological children."

I'm not quite ready for that yet. But 1 of them will go for sure, I just can't decide which one is it :)

Only you can decide which. Asking us is a waste of time.

No. Firstly, the remaining testis will pick up the slack, and secondly, the relationship between T and libido is much more complicated than just a linear response.

There is a feedback loop in which the pituitary releases FSH and LH to control T production in the testes (I think it is the LH that controls the T, but both are released). If T levels fall, the pituitary increases FSH and LH, pushing a single remaining testis into higher production. My T was normal with one testis (before chemo).

In no-T castrates, FSH and LH become abnormally high as the pituitary struggles to restore T levels. I think peaks of FSH cause hot flashes. Post-mortem studies of Chinese imperial eunuchs showed that many had grossly enlarged pituitaries.

I am not a physician; this is just my understanding.

I. Know why he wants to remove just one it's for the excitement of the experience and knowing he can relive it again. I'd take the larger of the two it would be more psychologically fulfilling losing the larger one. If you wait long enough the remaining testicle will get larger so psychologically you could relive removing your large testicles again. Its probably from a phantasy that has progressed into a reality. Good luck and enjoy your experience.

Since most men s left testicle usually is larger and hangs lower than their right testicle, I would choose to remove the smaller and less visible right testicle first. Your scrotum will look more full and natural with your left giving you the best uncastrated looking scrotum and ball appearance.

If you want people to notice that you are half castrated, then gelding your left testicle will make you look more steered.

Like Chesleyt mentioned, you might get a kick out of seeing if your remaining ball grows bigger to do the work of 2 balls and measure both balls before you cut one off, to be able to keep track of the remaining balls growth over time. You might want to get your testosterone levels measured before your half gelding to know what your natural level is before you cut your testosterone production by half.

Be absolutely certain you want this, and that you can do it safely.

Cutting off one ball can leave you gushing blood from a severed artery in your ball cords that snaps way back up into your abdomen as soon as you cut off your ball. No way can you reach it to stop the bleeding once it springs back up into your gut. If it immediately snaps way up inside you, it is impossible to reach without doing emergency surgery to open your whole abdomen up to find it and stop that major bleeding. You could go unconcsious in minutes if your testicle artery bleeds uncontrolled.

Be cettain and be safe in whatever you choose to do.

Does it matter? Whatever one is removed will be the right one at the time, and the other one will be left.

the remaining testicle centers itself in your scrotum when one is removed I know this from experience.

Hey, thanks. The right side had some more damage. Because of the banding :) So my indecision is more.

Yes, But the right side is a bit damaged, so I'm more uncertain.

Hey, thanks a lot for the details.

My testosterone level is not too high at normal levels, not too low.

Thanks for the warnings. Bleeding is a bad thing. I will take the necessary precautions to prevent this from happening, and maybe I can have my doctor friend do it. Provided that I make the last cut myself :)
