I had the same thing at my post-op review appointment, and it turned into a urinary stricture needing a second surgery. You'll probably be fine, but pay attention to if you start experiencing trouble urinating, and if you do, get in touch with the doctor quickly.
I joined your way.... The skin around the opening grew too close together and made the opening too small. Urinating became quite difficult. Yesterday I went to the doctor and he made a small incision. Now it's better and hopefully it will last. The next days and weeks will show.
Healing is now complete and almost everything is fine, but the area above the pubic bone could be shaped more flat. Maybe it will improve during the next months. If not, that might need a second surgery in the future. But currently I don't have any plans for this and wait how the area develops.
