1. Bilateral orchiectomy with implants in 2016.
2a. Nothing immediately before, but self-medicated with estradiol/progesterone (Trisequens) and Spironolactone for a few years around 1999.
2b. 2mg Estradiol-hemihdrate per day oral till Sep 2020
3. Penectomy, implant removal, scrotal removal, maybe vulvoplasty.
4a. 1mg Estradiol-hemihydrate gel (topical) per day
4b. probably same, maybe higher dosage; depends on endocrinologist's opinion

I desire orchiectomy and maybe vaginoplasty if I ever save enough money to get the surgery in Thailand but it is not my main goal.

I am on injectable estradiol enanthate 22mg/2 weeks and hydroxyprogesterone caproate 125mg/2 weeks.
Still the same EEn 22mg and OHPC 125mg/ 2 weeks.

b. after your surgery? testosterone ... varied. After castration zero T. But about six months later had to go on T due to bone density prior to back surgery in a few weeks. Not sure if need to be on it after. They at first prescribed bone strengthening med, but conflicted with a med I have to take.

Bilateral orchiectomy about twenty five years ago because of uncontrollable chronic testicular pain after a vasectomy.
Testosterone injections for about ten years.
Stopping testosterone for about five years.
Low dose estrogen to help protect bones.
Restarted testosterone for about five years.
Prostate cancer with robotic prostatectomy
Stopped testosterone
Low dose 0.2 estrogen to decrease hot flashes and night sweats and help protect bones.
Restarted testosterone for muscle strength.
Impotent after prostatectomy
Testosterone injections for about ten years.
Stopping testosterone for about five years.
Low dose estrogen to help protect bones.
Restarted testosterone for about five years.
