Re: How do you feel about breast growth after castration?
I am transitioning from T to E, but breast growth I am really not interested. I already have a small amount of gynonocomastia that I have had for a while, and getting that removed may be next on my agenda now that the nullo surgery is done. I would prefer an agender look ie slightly overweight senior citizen "ken doll"

For what it's worth, I remember seeing a post somewhere on EA claiming that focused high-dose radiation, like what is done for cancer, will do in the breast buds, preventing further growth... There was only the one post, with no follow up. I have no idea if the idea is medically sound, available from medical sources, or even if it really works... Also no idea about side effects either (but radiation for cancer has some nasty ones)
However if it is a legitimate approach, it might be an easier / less invasive way to deal with unwanted boobs than surgery... Might be worth asking about?
After writing the above, I got curious and did a quick Startpage search on "radiation to prevent breast growth" and got several hits, mostly breast cancer related, but three that seemed particular relevant -
https://www.aboutcancer.com/gynecomastia.htm
https://link.springer.com/article/10.10 ... 20-01598-9
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2848432/
So it looks like there is some legitimate medical backing, which just leaves the question of getting the docs to do it...

Same here, i don't want them, but unfortunately I got some breast growth during my apparently long period being low T.
I hope exercise and diet might reverse most of the growth I have had.

I would be comfortable with moderate breast growth anytime. Nicely formed (B to C) would be acceptable.

For myself I would like something like just A, A+ otherwise it would impose a much more feminine look. But everyone has it's own taste and journey.

I feel I would like the same, maybe even up to a small B. I have a larger frame, I think I could carry a B cup, I've seen larger "man boobs" on guys.

A B cup is great. I'm thankful every time I touch my fully formed nipples and they go erect. The feeling is unbelieveable. I look at my breasts in the mirror and I think how beautiful they are! What I missed for so many years.

I'm beginning to believe I will have to go onto E to get any breast growth. I'm a confirmed polo shirt wearer and sport a nice gray beard. Does anyone have obvious breasts while still being male? From multiple hospital stays, I no longer have modesty. Once, a nurse parked herself in the bathroom while I showered. There is no shower curtain, and I have a big honking permanent frenum ring. After surviving that, I'm thinking, why not go public? I sometimes wear a codpiece for events. Breasts would be another obvious body mod. The most expensive body has been the tattooed wedding ring.

I feel like my boobs are pretty obvious as a T-shirt wearer from about May-October... However nobody has ever said anything about them, so I don't know if it is a case of people not noticing, or not caring / being to polite to say anything... I'm not out and definitely present as male, but the circles I spend most of my time in have a high %age LGBTQ+ presence so tolerance is probably higher than average...
My modesty got burned out in rehab - nothing like having nurses needing to teach you how to piss and shit all over again... I joke that you SCI really hits home when the pretty nurse comes in and starts doing things with your
and you DON'T enjoy it... Let alone the joys of being helped on and off the toilet, showering, and so on...

Re: How do you feel about breast growth after castration?
I've always had moobs, even as a child. There are pictures of me before and after puberty with prominent, pointy boobs and even when I was at my fittest as a serious competitive adult athlete, doing hours and hours of hard weights, swimming, and cardio workouts every week, I was never able to get a flat or muscular chest. After my trauma and onset of multiple chronic illnesses, they grown much bigger - but still pointing straight out - not flopping.
So what's a little more?
My plan after nullo is to get my nipples removed and navel closed, so that's the only thing I'm thinking about up there...

Re: How do you feel about breast growth after castration?
Been going through old posts, thinking back, enjoying my progress. Man boobs are a hoot. My ex used to give me grief because my moobs are noticeable but not overly large. On the other hand, he gave me ammunition because of his "pregnant" belly. He's a surgeon, and I tease about being able to get close to the operating table (he does OK).
