FICTION AREA IS DOWN! (Edit: Resolved)

The Fiction Archive is DOWN - this is causing "Not secure connection" errors and other problems. It is a known issue, and is being worked on, but it is uncertain when it will be fixed. Since it is a known problem we don't need additional reports,
