NY and SD Intro
Saying my hello. I still live in NY (though maybe for not much longer) and spend much time in SD. Prior lurker on old EA for years. Back in the days when they also had personals. That was cool. Interested in enforced male chastity, PA piercing, and castration. I know this is not a kink site so I will avoid going into that. My interest here is castration methods, post castration care such as HRT or other meds or supplements to maintain health, staying reasonably fit, avoid getting fat or developing a feminine body and avoiding extreme fatigue or brain fog. Is this possible? No interest in MTF transition or femininity or sissy at all. Impotence is not a desired outcome but one that is expected and would have to be adapted to along with a loss or curtailment of libido. Empty sacs are a huge turn on and have no interest in having it removed once emptied. It’s a badge of honor. I’m open to chat with others so say if you’d like.

Re: NY and SD Intro
Welcome, glad you have found us again...
As I often say, if you happen to have personal connections to any of the other old EAv2 crowd, let them know about us, as I think a lot of folks missed the move to this site due to the way the old one shut down so abruptly.
As you mentioned we aren't a 'kink site' as such, but in moderation it isn't a problem.
We don't advise anyone doing non-MD castration if it is at all possible to do it under proper medical care, and a doctor is basically going to be choosing either scrotal or inguinal approaches for a basic orchiectomy. Unless there is a strong reason (i.e. cancer) you don't want to get inguinal as that is much more invasive, painful and slower to heal. The scrotal approach (how I was done, along w/ scrotal removal) is about as low pain and rapid recovery as possible.
I'm doing Estrogen replacement patches and that has caused me to have some breast growth, which I am not happy about, but IMHO I still fall in the 'normal male' range, at least if I have a shirt on. Otherwise not a lot different, I still have a full beard and mustache although both grow a LOT slower, and except for switching to female style underwear, I wear the same clothes....
