NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of CareA research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.
The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).
Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

Well, I understand.... I'm just happy to be back so my curiosity is kinda observed ... But I was here before... Active member... African boy tough.... Don't get me wrong.... I love the site... I literally bought pop corn and coke in 2021 to read literally every post and article I found here on EA v2.... Hoping soon to share my castration (depo provera) stories on the blogs .... Well, there are many like me too... We just need a eunuch calm.. nothing more

It's nice to see more returning members!
I've since managed to get Nullification (without sensitivity preservation, because I'm asexual), on the 21st of September of last year, to be exact. I was previously struggling really hard with terribly crippling dysphoria, depression and an unbearably high libido... now that's finally all gone and I've never felt better!

There are more lurkers than actual active people here. I myself have been almost two months without logging in. That happens. It's usually the same people that answer all the posts.
