If you are on Depo, isn't a chastity device redundant?

I think he's referring to chastity through means of chemical castration (aka, the depo he's waiting to get), not through a device

Basically to be rendered sexually nonfunctional, or to put an end to his libido, essentially making him chaste without the need for any sort of device
Potentially trustworthy eunuch on the internet

Good luck with it. What dose regime are you starting with? DP is really easy on the body and it usually doesn't cause hot flashes or cold sweats. I had some mild period chills for the first 3 weeks, then zero side effects from there. I did 2 shots the first week, then one shot 2 weeks in, then once a month. It took about 6 weeks to get the T out of my system and starting feeling better. I did it for 3 months and then stopped. It took a good two plus months afterward before my testosterone started to recover and about 3 months total to fully go back to normal.

My advice is to not let doubt ruin a good thing. Test it out full and stay on it for 6 months. If you like it get the surgery because if you don't you are wasting time. I regret putting it off for so long. I could have gotten Dr. Spector when he was practicing in Philadelphia to remove them, or I could done injections once it was all figured out and a local urologist could have removed them for me. I sat on the fence for 20 years for no reason other than social pressure which was all in my mind.

I've been a happy eunuch since May of 2023.
