Philip
My journey is nearing 1year come feb it seams I have come to a point where change is so slow it seams non existence I was hoping to be more aware
Than I am at this point
Where there changes that took place to you that where undetected until
A much later date 1 ,2 or 3 years that you where able to look back
Or is there a period of adjustment that your body just dose some catch up

usually at a year you are done with the changes hormonally but unless you are on HRT or you excersize you will see continued weight gain.

I have learned to consciously control my body temp but at night I tend to heat up a bit.
Re: becoming a eunuch
I heat up at night, BAD.
I freeze all day.
Congrats, Phil. You've hit the 111k+ mark in reads, probably the most famous thread in EA history!
Hope you have a lovely Holiday ... whichever one you celebrate.

I suppose this thread is nearing EA legend status but I think it should be treated more like a documentary than anything else.

This thread should be required reading, hence my bumping it. It's the best experience thread to date on the Archive, and in particular it lays out the issues that anyone getting castrated will have to deal with.

Yes, we are each other's soulmate. We complete and truly love each other for the people we are, not our gender or lack thereof. What we have is pure and unconditional;
We will get through this and the other challenges we may face in life no matter the results.
This is as it should be, it is a gift that (unfortunately) not everyone receives. There are, however, many examples of straight men finding their soulmate is another man. To be soulmates does not require or even desire a sexual relationship.
I am eternally grateful that all three (best friend, soulmate, lover) arrived in the same person for me. I would be lost without him.
Anyway, just my two cents. Lots of Luv.

Just over a week from 6 years I am still alive still with my soulmate and still very happy. Life without testosterone has been different but a good different.

Re: becoming a eunuch
I was born male, tried to castrate myself at 15 and finally began to rum my genitals daily in estrogen creme. It did made my nuts shrink and shut down testo entirely. My body did feminise and I did transition to femlae and did SRS some 15 years ago. In later years I've relised that I'm not female never wanted to be a woman. I feel I'm neither man nor woman and do identify as a eunuch in the Indian hijra tradition. So I do take estrogen supplemented with testogel. This makes me get a perfecte balance and I enjoy my make sex drive and get fantastic orgasm and ejaculate - it's the best of borth worlds.
I am attraced to males and masculine bodied guys. Find nullos extremely attractive and hot and my dream is a longtime relationship with a cool nice tall nullo guy.
Sadly enough there are just so many wananbees and so few fellow eunuchs and guys who want the final cut. Beliving I was a woman trapped in a male body was an ilusion as I in heart allways felt male to eunuch and a feminine eunuch as that.
From my standpoint I allways felel I wish I did go trough with my cutting at 15.

You said that you had SRS and still have a penis. Which is it? Just what modifications have you had?

Please point out where she says she still has a penis. I must have missed it. Sorry Phillip1 that we are off topic in your thread.

It's been a while since I last posted. I'
"T" free. I have pretty much stopped having any hormone related annoyances. I have noticed I sleep less now, I used to enjoy sleeping 12 hours on weekends now 6 is more than enough with 5 hours being more the norm. Other than that I'm doing well I'm happy and most importantly I'm ME.

Glad to hear that you have not had many problems. Has your weight stabilized as well? Do you enjoy the eunuch calm at this point?

Re: becoming a eunuch
Hi Phil, it was immensely interesting to read through your thread. You surely went through rough times but you've seemed to conquer most of the issues. A real inspiration to others.
I must, however, agree with a term much used in this archive..."Your mileage will vary". I think we are at the opposite ends of the Eunuch scale.
You probably know that I am nullified and for almost 2 years I have been without T as it is too expensive. I did not really experience mood swings, stiff joints, osteoporoses (yet). I've been diagnosed a type 2 diabetic a few years before castration. I had borderline hypertension 15 years before castration.
I did, however, gained almost 45kg in weight. This caused some health issues (hypertension worsened a bit and a bit more difficult to keep sugar levels down). I was lethargic a lot and I lost some muscle mass...and those darned hot flushes was murder.
Other than this, mentally at least, I'm fine...no suicide thoughts, depression and mood swings.
I did start a low dose of T a few years back to help me loose weight. I went to the gym and 2.5 years later I have gained lots more muscle mass that I had before, and lost 25Kg of fat. I had more energy and do not sleep during the day. I am scheduled for a gastric by-pass surgery to enable me to bring me back to my normal weight, which should cure my diabetes and blood pressure.
One interesting thing though, after starting T, I get PMS. I inject 0.5 cc every Sunday morning and every Tuesday, I have PMS. I'm moody and want to bite peoples heads off. My boss knows to leave me alone on Tuesdays!
. The PMS only last for a few hours and I feel great the rest of the week.
So, I guess people reading your thread will get the full experience (worst case scenario) of becoming an Eunuch.
I also have a partner. He is gay and I am straight. We are two celibate brothers in Christ and have the same love for each other than you and Bubba, arguments and all!
Keep well and blessings, prosperity, health & good fortune to both of you.
P.S. I have scouted your city with Google Earth. I like Charlotte. Looks like a clean city.

Re: becoming a eunuch
I've often wondered what happened to you. I remember following your journey to castration before I moved to Missouri in 2006 and started my quest to become a eunuch. I finally made it to eunuch status on Jan 7, 2019, and have never had a bad day since. I always thought I was a happy person even though I hated my nuts. until I found happiness after having my nuts removed. WHAT A DIFFERENCE THE ABSENSE OF TWO ORBS MAKES! lol
Glad to hear you are doing well and are as happy as I am.
