NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of CareA research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.
The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).
Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

If you'd like to share a bit more, it helps if we can learn a little about what sort of exploration you have done so far, as that can help us tell you more without skipping important stuff or going through things you already know quite well...
I do always suggest that if you haven't already done so, you should download the WPATH SOCv8 https://wpath.org/publications/soc8/ as this is the 'Bible' that the medical world follows in evaluating a persons desires. I recommend reading all of it, but especially the 'Eunuch Chapter' which was heavily influenced by the previous incarnation of the Eunuch Archive, both it's staff and several members.

We are happy to have you either way and any perspective you might be willing to share, along with any questions you may have.
