I can't connect to the irc server, neither with an irc client nor via the chat link.
Are there issues?

Hello. I do not see any immediate serious issues (server is running, I have access there). Most of today server stats look a bit off (I see weird pattern in connections on the graph, so that may be network/isp issue).

I am using a VPN, I tried several locations and 2 different providers, all were no bueno. For privacy reasons, I will not attempt to connect with my actual IP. I did some digging myself, and it appears that port 7003 does not get forwarded to your server at eamain.hopto.org. The TCP connection gets established, but no reply is received and no SSL handshake takes place. Port 443 and 80 for the webserver do connect properly, and ping works too.
