NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of CareA research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.
The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).
Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

Anyone liked ballbusting and CBT before castration?
I'm asking because many here never liked their testicles, so this fetish might not be interesting to them. I also read some saying that the advantages of being a eunuch is not feeling that pain (it wouldn't be so for a cbt fetishist).

I've never really tried ACTUAL ball busting, I mean I'm sure we've all squeezed our testicles as hard as we can from time to time. 
I wanna ask you a question though, did you experience a drop in T after significant damage? I mean If it becomes mushy, It should shrivel up and harden eventually. I'm looking into this as a way to accelerate nuking my testosterone
